RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil.
Eggplants - 3 pcs.
Season with salt on both sides and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Dry the eggplant with a paper towel.
Fry until golden on both sides over medium heat.
Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and fry over low heat for 1 minute.
Pepper - 3 pcs.
Zucchini - 2 pcs.
Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Stew over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add the fried eggplant to the vegetables.
Coriander.
