The biggest change I noticed with the DD is the Phoenix's egg respawns at the tower if DD is depleted. Was watching Surgical Gob's vid for today and the egg respawned.

Its crazy how supercell does it. By the time all the new goblin cards are balanced the new drill and gob-giant evos are going to be broken😂

Clash Royale is way too focused on releasing new evos and broken cards. Like that one post said, i think they should focus on making other cards stand out more. It’s boring how it’s literally the same 6 or 7 decks being played at the top of ladder. Clash doesn’t even feel like a fun game anymore it’s just pay to win and it feels like supercell gets more greedy with every update. Thank you for keeping us updated though boss

Dagger duchess + 1 pekka hit no longer stops hog rider. And the Duchess' DPS after the "burst" is really extremely low. So DD's main advantage is to take care of spirits and wall breakers. And the leftovers from the opponent's deffense. I think it's fair, however I really enjoyed having an advantage against mindless hog spamming.

My biggest issue with Clash Royale is their horrible balancing. When the community complains about something, they practically kill the card so they shut up. They need to do minor nerfs, and buff similar cards so people don’t always pick the same one

This is why I quit after 8 years of buying the pass and having every card level 14. They keep nerfing after I spend my valued dollar.

Best way to nerf the goblin spell would be to change it to 0 damage, i think a spell that can still turn troops into goblins when killed inside on top of allowing those units to get extra damage done to them wpuld be a perfect spot for it

I really wish there was community polls for certain things like the biggest problem of a card or for different balance options, that way supercell could at least target the most prominent issue. They definitely have a problem with going deep into crazy buffs or nerfs and just not going back(like prince and ram rider buff) and having no intent of just undoing something that was a bad idea.

Crazy they did not nerf the goblin drill. Its the best win condition and also the best evolution

Skarmy was the OG evo skeletons. The card that if used right got value but wasn’t so oppressive. Now it has no place in any deck because you’re going to get so many negative or even elixir trade interactions that lose you the game.

Lava hound is already everywhere and so annoying to play against this just makes that already no skill deck even more meta.

Im so glad ram rider and prince got the nerfs. It pissed me off so much when I use my log when both of them were just few tiles away but charges last second and does more damage than it needed to

I’ve seen a game do this many balance changes this quick. Embarrassing

I feel like skarmy was completely forgotten after the first year of balancing the game. There are so many cards, including single target ones that can deal with it for free, and it dying to every single small spell, incuding void for some reasons makes it bordeline useless. Even cards that used to struggle against it like ice wizard, ske barrel or royal giant got changed to beat it for free. I don't even know how they could even buff it without making it 2 elexir, and even then it would completely take over goblin. That card is just way too weak for 3 elexir.

Dang that curse nerf. I was already setting up my beat down deck to have curse function as a pseudo poison. They could've just decrease the range to 3.5, kinda similar to poison.

Tesla really needed some kind of nerf, and I say it as a Tesla user. That building literally has it all: - It hits air troops; - It one shots minions, goblins, spirits, and all loggable units; - Has good amount of hitpoints (3 hog rider hits are not enough) - It's good against swarms which are not too big; -It's ALSO good against slow tanks (it's not the inferno tower ofc, but anyway people often carry zap, e-drag ...) - It HIDES, rendering it immune to almost every spell in the game (unique feature of this building); - You can place it at random, without risking that your opponent placing an outranging troop (dart gob, magic archer, princess...), because, again, it HIDES. - It's the only 2-tiles building, allowing for exclusive positionings and interactions (2nd unique feature); - It has an evolution that not only creates an area shockwave both when it first attacks and when it dies, but it even STUNS troops. You get this full package for only 4 elixir. I don't know how it lasted for so long not getting nerfed, but it really needed at least one.

I will start playing CR, only if they stop balance changes. I had to work so hard to max out one deck but after that they just nurf it and make other cards way stronger. Again i had to work hard for 1 or 2 month to upgrade those cards. When i manage to upgrade those cards to level 14 or 15, they again nurf these card and buff other cards. It is impossible to play with nurfed deck so there is no other way but to upgrade buffed cards. I am done with this chasing.

One reason I doubt Skarmy gets a *large* buff is that at lower ladder the card is ubiquitous, which is a poor reason, but if it made its return to the meta (Which I hope it will, don't get me wrong), it is not a skillful card which may be unfun competitively. I'm a person who really likes skeletons (In fantasy), so I'd like seeing THE ARMY OF THE DEAD be useful I'll leave with an idea. An evolution A Skarmy evolution "The Skeletons form an organized formation, lining up in four rows of four (yes I added a skeleton or two). The front row carry shields (Same as Guards - broken by Arrows). The back row carry bows (Same as Spear Goblins - one shot Skeletons)"

after seeing the evo drill the only thing coming to the mind is why does'nt drill have any star level skins.

A good skarmy change is to make it like the royal recruits so not all of it will get spelled out

I'm so dumb for maxing my duchess a few days ago, I should've realised it was due for another nerf, but wasn't expecting it to be such a huge one on top of the other one :/

My deck has suffered like 12-15 literal nerfs in the last 3-5 months (Came back to the game around Valk Evo). I must say that I dont feel bad for nerfs like Tesla or Evo Wiz after all my pain hahaha, imo double it.

Now DD isn't able to kill fenix egg, dealing a ton of damage. Just happened to my opponent few mins ago. Now you cannot let a full fenix come to the tower

the tesla nerf is too freaking massive they nerf the base card instead of the overpowered evo do they really think thats gonna solve the problem? if they nerf this mf then wheres the nerf for evo knight and evo zap? also this is literally an indirect buff to lava hound because tesla is one of the good counters to that decks now they're encouraging another lava meta

The guy that got charged 2 times, maybe it's the bank, sometimes banks do that to check if those are real payments. It happened to me on an amazon order, my money got restored after 2 days.

what if they changed the skarmy to deploy like royal recruits? that way it might be a little more spell resistant and provide dual lane pressure if only one side is countered (might have to add a few more skeletons though to make it worthwhile)

These all cards should always be like this these cards are like this now Giving a new card --> too OP for a full season or till evryone buys the packs --> and nerfing it when ---> everyone gets hands on and till then getting a new card so the Meta is rubbish

One thing I dislike is when you buy the deals in the shop and they just nerf the card later. For example, the dagger dutches deal that was around $50 or more and the thing is that it doesnt take the card to level 15, just 14. So you'll have to spend even more on elite wild cards in the shop to upgrade the cards further to level 15. Anyway, the deals are expensive and I hate that they just take our money and once they have it, they just nerf it. I'm tired of buying things in the shop especially because it's expensive and the money adds up if you're not careful with spending. I know that balance changes are required to make the game more fair, but it's annoying for them to take your money so you could use a strong card at first only for them to nerf it after they took everyone's money. I'm just tired of it and am trying to not spend money in the game now. I'll get pass royale if anything, but I'm even wondering if I really should give them anymore money, so i'm strongly considering not getting the pass.

ram rider definitely needed the nerf imo as someone who abused her the last week if they had no building or reset spell there was pretty much zero cards besides bowler that could were stoppin her for free 700 dmg. pekka wouldn’t swing quick enough even mega knight wouldn’t always be enough paired her with the gob curse against and all the cycle cards they play to try and chip her just made it worse. i also find it funny they don’t touch the dark prince the season where they release 2 evos that it counters heavily.

Yo, this is just crazy. Supercell keeps dropping these new cards that are totally OP, and then everyone goes nuts upgrading them with their saved books and magic coins, or even spending real money. And guess what? Supercell swoops in and nerfs them all, leaving you with a bunch of useless cards. It's like they get a kick out of messing with us.

I keep saying this all year, instead of nerfing everything into the ground, they should buff other cards to make them more viable to counter those "op" cards.

Finally good, but they still need to release more evolutions so that everyone can play equally and the tornado needs to be reduced.

I think the duchess nerf was to much. She can't even kill the egg after the Phoenix anymore. Literally to much. I used her to counter cycle and hog decks. Now she barely counters wall breakers. Maybe they need to just make all tower hit points the same since the princess tower the strongest one now.

Supercell should make everycard a unique character . Otherwise its very difficult to balance . Skeletons are good but smarmy is bad .same with musketeer & three musketeer . If you buff skeleton & musketeer , skarmy & 3M will be op. If these cards were individually unique you can balance separately .
