Two 2 wheelers were riding . For this, it appears as though the car driver was honking at them (no sound in the video) and car driver may have gotten a little frustrated because of this and overtook the two wheeler and it was very close. However, the two wheelers continued to block the road later on several times. After some time, the car driver successfully overtook the two wheeler, however the two wheeler cased them for 3-4 minutes and stopped the car on the middle of the road committing a road rage in Bangalore.
