Still makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside when I see the M30 Drilling's rear iron sights fold down in shotgun mode and flip back up for rifle mode as per real life. Still haven't seen any YTers mention it though.

I wish I never learned you could destroy the flares. Whenever a flare goes up, I forget to shoot at enemies. That damn flare has to die!

Julien Mattel you should be able to shoot at it and make it so the enemy squad leader has to wait a bit to be able to call in a reinforcement

one of my favorite player animation details is that when a person is sprinting their character will occasionally stumble almost loosing their footing on rough terrain, and when you suppress a sprinting enemy they duck a bit trying to avoid the bullets

Little detail: On several bolt-actions, you can actually see the striker snapping forward when you fire a bullet, which doesn’t actually happen in BF1.

A detail i found out myself was that if you damage a tank enough to the point of it smoking you can hear the crew inside coughing. I can try get video proof sometime soon. The only time i hear it is over the commanders hatch, the tiger was the one i could hear the loudest.

If a friendly(or enemy) has their body clipping into your tank barrel the round still detonates on the person and damages your tank

There's a reddit post that helps you with that. You go to you files for BF V and delete the ones with your name, not the game, your name(gamertag)after that go restart your PC, XBOX or PS4(whichever you're on), then only do the glitched challenges, its weird because it says you didnt do all of them but you still get the reward skin

I actually enjoyed the Destroyable flare detail. I didnt know about it at all and its actually useful to know. I'll keep my eyes out for them now. Also I would love ot see more details on vehicles and heavy weapons if there are any more.

2:08 This one of my favorite things in BF4. Third person offers some great field of view, but if you can keep an eye on those instruments and fly great, you can usually outmaneuver anyone.

I remember getting a few of the special melee kills. Mainly the neck snap & the head but animation. It was so satisfying too since the guy was camping with the MG 42

I was on Arras and when I attempted to hide in the tall grass I accidentally came across a sniper & I panicked but the result was so satisfying. Considering what actual snipers were subjected to (if captured) having a solder with so much animosity towards you that they straight up head but you to kill you then you *know* that person was beyond pissed

Suggestion melee kill: If sprinting towards an enemy next to stairs: A. Kick them down (from 2nd floor) B. Pull them and throw them down (from stairs)

There are a lot of cool contextual melee kills. Also they are affected by the weapon as well as the direction from which you attack. My favorite one is if you're using a knife and attack from the side, your character will stab the enemy in the side, and then punch them in the face when he turns to you. So gratifying hearing that smack when you punch him 😍

They did add a new melee animation that I witnessed firsthand in Firestorm. If you takedown someone from behind with a knife, instead of stabbing them in the chest you thrust the knife into their back.

I dont know if they just added this or if it was always there but, I have noticed that when your Tank if badly damaged and smoking you can hear coughing inside the vehicle, this shows that DICE acknowledges you cant use a tank with a single person, you can also hear the coughing outside the vehicle its just very muffled

Like the immersion and chaos is beautifully done because I can make a cool play and be happy or even just run through a sector barrage and just feel like I actually saw that in a movie. The sound, details and so much more make every action in here amazing and worth the experience.

HOLY CRAP!!! A Dicker Max at 1:14!!! Also known as the Fat Max, the Dicker Max was a tank destroyer that was to move into mass production but it never did. Only two prototypes were made, and since Germany was beginning to lose the war, Germany decided to use them, so they were deployed and fought on the Eastern front. They fought bravely and were good machines, but none survived out of the 2 made. The design would go on to inspire the design of the Sturer Emil, the Nashorn, partially the Ferdinand/Elefant whichever way you prefer to name it, and believe it or not, the JagdTiger. I kinda freaked out is because it's an extremely rare vehicle back into WW2, and today, it still is even though non exist to this day.

I was hoping he was gonna talk about the improvised smoke launchers at the sides of the Valentine AA tank's turret, they seem to be sawed off SMLEs with the grenade launcher attachment.

I've only had it happen twice, but there is another cool takedown if the enemy is up against a wall, the animation had you knee the enemy in the face after slaming him against the wall

You forgot about the lights in the hangar in firestorm when your waiting you can shoot the lights out on the ceiling but when it gets dark you can light up the lights by shooting at it. Probably an easter egg

The only recently gave me my last tiger skin because there was a bug, it showed i collected all letter and completed all assignments as soon as the war story released last year.

Shooting the spotting flare is cool. I’ve shot at it before to see but it didn’t do anything unless I missed or it’s a new thing. Also krag Jorgensen sounds like it would be the name of a developer at EA/DICE 🤣 but I know it’s a Sniper Rifle. ✌️

I should be able to change fire mode on the krag. On xbox if I hold Y, the krag should turn into basically the martini from bf1. Dice could give it a different damage model too. Maybe extra long range damage since that's when one would use the krag as a single shot rifle.

Now a year later I see that when you reload your bolt-action-rifle you take out rounds from a pocket and when the round from your hand are in the rifle and it's not fully loaded your character grabs into the pocket once again

The skin does render in game the tank skin is shown yellow for other players but on your screen it shows they lied.

For this video I'm using a Bottle Rocket Stage 2 with a B8 cap. It's very expensive and overkill for most people. Blue did send over an Ember and I loved that one. It's priced at $100, but it's an XLR mic so you need a USB interface for it. The Yeti guarantees ease of use if you're not a technical person or have a limited budget. I'm also curious. I know you can get the same results from spectating with the HUD off, but I believe that requires a second account if you want to capture your own gameplay like that.
