I've never watched NL before, and the first time I do I thought I was listening to a radio host talk and I fucking love it.

what i hate about games like this is the are just riffing too hard on the source material. I would love to see a reimagined Team fight tactics because I love the premise but in actual play it feels bad (for me). I was in on the original Auto chess. I loved it! And the funny thing one of the best auto battlers that came out of it was Story Book Brawl (now abandoned). I love auto pets for how they deal with lobbies and combining units but in general I prefer the mechanics of other games but the quality of life is so much better. OMG I wish people would adopt some of the features of auto pets I LOVE! the fact that their isn't a lobby and you can come and go as you please and the fact that they do WEEKLY shake up of the set is AMAZING.

2 weeks ago I was in Florida seeing some family. I was going to see my cousin and her family, consisting of 2 sons 6 and under, a daughter who is 4, three golden retrievers, a cat, a lizard. And a turtle. Within 30 seconds of walking in the front door, her two sons were grabbing my right hand begging me to play hockey, her daughter handing me a doll, and the puppy retriever peeing on my foot. My cousin is a true hero for putting up with this daily.

17:57 this almost exact situation happened to a guy I was dating a few years back. He was asleep in his room when one of his roommates got too high, put chicken nuggets in the oven and fell asleep. The other bad part though is that the smoke detector didn’t work and the alarm never went off. If another roommate hadn’t come home when he did…. Who knows. And the school removed all ovens from that dorm a year later

Existential dread be pulling punches this episode. Loving the game though, really hitting some of the stuff I'm interested in, especially since I just couldn't really care about the PvP of TFT.

I almost bought this game. It was on sale and had a demo. I tried the demo and got bored fast. I feel like this isn't like TFT. I think people see T&T and go like... hey... my brain registers that as TFT because I like TFT. It's similar but not really the same. Maybe I'll give this game another chance. I'll keep watching and see if it seems enjoyable. It just seemed a bit... too simple for me to enjoy. Like combat is boring. The only redeeming quality is strategy (i.e. tactics) but I can get over that. Not like Slay the Spire combat is that engaging (though it kind of is due to being a card battler). Feel like it's just the graphics choice that makes it seem so lackluster. Yeah it might have a cool D&D tabletop feel... but it's like watching a kid play with toy army men and calling it a battle.
