Video title is so misleading. It should be without showing their faces or creating faceless channel, not without creating videos. Even if they hired people to create videos for them, they are still creating videos, not "without" creating videos.
I think "lie" is quite a stretch, in this context. I could see an issue if the video was about making cheeseburgers, but a little clever and harmless phrasing manipulation to get more people to check out your content and/or product, is par for the course, in any marketing or advertising campaign. The information I gleaned from the video was meant to help viewers get an advantage in a very competitive field. Unfortunately, this is the way of the world we find ourselves in and to think otherwise would be naive.
I get it. Money is money... but channels like this are really ruining this platform by overwhelming the channels that are unique. Its getting harder and harder to find actually good, unique, useful channels. I feel automated channels will be the ultimate demise of RU-vid... if for no other reason than overloading servers and blasting the algorithm till people give up on it
The actual real thing hiring freelancers on Upwork or fiverr with that price range is a way to have a shit video, most editors there are awful and barely can edit….and why aren’t they showing the channels as example? Where are the prove? I can clame that I’m rich having 6 faceless channels , just to sell you my 5 k course…. and I’m not saying they don’t know anything of RU-vid, they do, but where is the work? most of this “ faceless entrepreneurs “ just want to sell you something! And for extremely high prices and ai tools that cost 800 a year? Am I the only one here seeing this? The inner problem behind all the dreams?
Most people give up because youtube stops pushing the videos, some videos get 1k views in a week and some get 200 and stop, but they are very similar quality or better
Seems like they have found the winning combination. Being a RU-vidr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester of course to help) will always pay off at the end somehow. Good luck to everybody, I hope everyone is going to succeed one day.
Im confused the title says, "They Make MILLIONS on RU-vid WHITHOUT Creating Videos," but they DO make videos. And spend a lot of time on making those videos so who is making money on youtube without making videos??????
This is the first lesson you need to learn if you want to become RU-vidr. Make a click bait title and thumbnail . Of course you still need to have quality content to keep viewer from close the video after 10 seconds. 😂 . Nothing wrong in making click bait title in this very competitive business, the tabloid were doing it all the time before the digital media become main stream.
This is the most valuable youtube insight i have ever seen, if u dont know, these guys (especially noah) literally just shared secret sauce. There is zero bullcrap in his knowledge drop.
That is some SERIOUSLY mature thinking. Very finessed, like a seasoned business owner. It's both a spiritual and maturity thing. It's like... is it "all about me"... or is it "all about the viewers"? The one thing that ALL successful business owners understand. Which no doubt led to the quote "you can have everything you want, if you give others' everything they want!"
Noha is a legit person probably the most honest and transparent person I have ever come across on RU-vid and share real practical knowledge if you watched this interview with vidiQ team you will gain more knowledge than the RU-vid course and his very humble guy, thanks think Media for sharing this
@@RipeStories If you show your faceless channels, especially as a first mover, you create a ton of rival channels which is bad for business. Also, by sharing your channels, a ton of people subscribe who aren't actually interested in the video content (they just want to follow Noah). RU-vid will then push the videos out to these subscribers who don't watch the content, which is also bad for business. It would actually be detrimental for him to share his channels as it's his primary way of making money. Very few people understand this.
And definitely selling you 5k courses and 800 dollar tools , without showing results , ever. Imagine if any job sold you a 10k course to succeed in life and not having anything to show you as proof 😁 people still go for this kind of scams..thats why their are rich, not because of the faceless channels, its the courses and tools they sell. @thinkmedia I would expect to be more transparent and make the right questions and the difficult ones as well. A tool costing a minimum wage? if they are helping and are rich, why is that happening?
I really love what they said about AI generated videos because there are so many people out there pushing AI generation and even some online editing products are putting all their energy into enhancing the AI features but the base line product is not as responsive and glitches. Then I don't think they want to spend time (or don't have the skilled staff) to fix the glitches on their OG product and pour energy into the AI element. Frustrating to be honest.
So lazy they do basically nothing themselfs. They hire it all out, use ai and just take others work then complain that youtubes making it harder to steal content. Smh this is what youtube doesnt need
I will NOT listen to ANY video with an AI voice over. I listen to audiobooks everyday when I am my labor type job. If its live read I will listen. Many of the Jack Reacher books (which I love) are now AI,, and I skip immediately.
This was dope. Super informative and greatly inspiring! I'm actually working on a faceless channel and I'm taking a lot of this advice into practice. Thanks guys
Hi, me too I am starting my motivational faceless channel and I just uploaded a video and shorts couple weeks ago. But I am not getting any views and likes. I don't know what's wrong? May I ask what is your channel or niche about? Thanks. 😀
Incredible interview with Noah and Caleb! Their strategy is truly innovative. With the advancements in AI, it seems we're moving towards a future where content creators might not even need freelancers. What do others think about this transition?
AI can help to move you forward, but people still need to do the work. Think about it. ChatGPT is not an expert in anything, and because it gets its information from reading the internet there's no reason that it won't give you low quality or even erroneous information.
Back in 2016 I was making 600$ a month making compilation videos lol until my channel got banned leson learned you should always follow the rules. 600$ is good money in a 3rd world country . I was in college and had money while my friends got nothing. Good times though made some money bought a laptop. Made a new channel, everything they said is true I spent about 6 months perfecting making content, you'll get faster and better as time goes on. As long as there is demand they will watch anything as long as isn't boring and it's entertaining. Man I still miss that channel to this day.
Why are all of these youtube creators okay with exploiting people? If they make so much money with each video, why can't they pay the people that they outsource to a decent wage? Not whatever a decent wage is in their country for the service they provide, but a decent wage here. If the people they outsource to are doing the core of the work then they should get compensated a worthwhile percentage of the profits. They are worse than employers at the 9-5 jobs that nobody can stand. The greed of these youtubers know no bounds. RU-vid should add a badge for channels that ethically source their content and everything that goes into them. All those riches will someday fade away and they will end up in hell.
As someone who prefers long form content, it can be a bit more challenging because you have to keep the viewer engaged/entertained for longer period of time. With that said, that same long form content creator that may me struggling may just be a better fit for a bit shorter videos and vice versa. Fascinating stuff! Amazing video!
I think, like what they said, we can make shorts if we are starting a channel and wants to achieve the desired and required views and subscribers like the 40K and 1k which are the pre requisite in order to qualify fir the YPP right. Me too I like long format rather than shorts. Shorts are basically like an ad to entice audience to your channel and watch the long versions.
For a sports faceless channel, like Noah’s how do you get the footage where it’s permitted and not copyrighted? I think I have a sport that I love and have lots of info and point of view that’s not like everyone else’s. It would be interesting to see if works.
I love you content but this was a poor title. They do create videos. Just means I may not click next time… well I might but new people might not if they feel conned. The content is great though as always
What is your advice on greenscreen videos, its an option but obviously there are so many people who will write a comment on how much they hate greenscreen?
So where can i find people willing to make videos? I would like to hire someone but have no idea where to look for a legitimate creator thats worth a damn
On the fence about this type of content, I think faceless is fine once it’s your own content stealing it and recreating should not be allowed and I only hope the people they use to do the work for them get paid accordingly ❤
We cannot see Caleb's true face here. I am a victim who paid $5K for his course. Even though I sent him my complaints and problems via e-mail and DM about 2 months ago, he does not get back to me. When I wrote my complaint to Trust Pilot, this time he kicked me out of the discord group written in my contract with Caleb. Even though I sent him e-mails, he still doesn't answer me. I requested a refund but still no response. It prevents me from receiving a service I paid for and punishes me. I am writing this comment so that you can see their true face, do not overestimate such people, stay away from them. There are much more valuable and experienced people on RU-vid to take as an example.
This is absolutely incredible advice and information. Where i'm stuck, as a completely new RU-vidr that hasn't even posted a video, is where to start. There's so much incredible advice and content out there (oh yeah i also have attention issues) that i keep finding myself in research/learning mode, instead of actually creating content. What recommendation do you have so i can just focus on something, run with it, and learn as i'm creating vs being stuck learning with no creation.
My advice as a new RU-vidr or NewbTuber is find something you like and enjoy and are doing anyways and make content and learn along the way. Your first channel does not have to be a hit money maker. The value you get from it is the knowledge. You can then take that knowledge and hopefully parlay it into other channels and niches, I already have ideas for my next two channels (more things I love and am doing already). Who knows you may get lucky and blow up on you first try. Just like the lottery you gotta play to win!
There should be a law that stops people from doing this. Or that the people who ACTUALLY make the content should be getting some kind of credit or get a royalty for the work they do. After all, this would also fall with the writers and acting tricks and how they would get mistreated and not get something for their syndication or resale of a production. Even if they change the names or titles. Basically, they are nothing more than Producers! You help them with getting the gear and have them make all the content and you only going to give them 30% of the profits and all your going to do is the titles and thumbnails! They should be getting no less than 46% of the profits because they are doing 80% of the work. However, if the Producer, that they are, is taking on all the legal stuff and the backlashes then that 46% pay to them is within reason. How is 30% a good deal? Who did the sound, music, editing, and uploading. Who got paid for that? Not only that how are you avoiding labor laws and taxes? Producing content as a production company and you are doing that you have to have a license and follow the labor laws to do that! We wouldn't have TV and Movies. Mr. Beast is a content producer and he has to follow those same rules and laws because he is so big now. If you were doing all the work yourself then you don't need a license to do that. And no Mr. Beast didn't steal other people's styles. He learned and studied those creators and developed his own style. He will even tell you that to your face and has stated that in many interviews.
Bro why are you crying? I don’t know how old are you, but i can tell you have never editing, scripting in your entire life, once you reach certain level you get overwhelmed by doing too much work, so you hire editors and other artists. This will give you more time to breath and generate more ideas. This is how business works Cheers !
With the annoying robot voice? My voice is annoying too harhar No! I'm just kidding I like a few faceless self-help pages I think it's psychology now or something like that.
Very helpful. I understand what you mean that it takes a lot of time to make the most informative videos and edit them. I have not perfected that or not even come probably just at the beginning of my journey, but I can understand what you’re saying about the time. Also, like what you say about the long look like don’t give up after three months. Lord bless you all.
Very useful tips, great questions and answers, gave me clear path what to do. Thanks guys. Agree that the title is not good, I clicked on this video by chance, not because of the title.
Too funny when he said "I think it all started a few years ago on TikTok" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 bawahahahah... Than he explained when he started his business - 2016 LMAO .... seems these guys are so young, they even never experienced RU-vid business before 2016 🤣🤣
Better questions could be asked since these guys are the real deal and don’t seem to hold anything back, the interviewer is just pushing too hard and asking such dumb questions.
10k passive income is enough to live like a millionaire everything else is personal development and internal improvement more money won't change anything .this is my goals in life moist people will neber be rich its Mathematically impossible
I also wanted to say this is a great interview 👍🏼 And I totally agree and saw the shorts Bad side in the beginning of my YT growth. I was getting good king form views and when I started shorts, it chopped my head off, so to speak- I ve been recovering from that since then 😢 like they say, from a business point of view, it’s been discouraging. Good stuff!
