I was lucky to visit Russia and I would love to visit it again some day. It is a huge beautiful country and the russian people are very kind and creative. Russia has much to offer the World in music architecture creativity and culture.
Considering that humans are their food source, I would think not. They like to "play" with their food. They are not "aliens". But they are demons and do whatever necessary to keep the beast fed and in control of this Matrix called Earth.
