Disclaimer : We receive a ton of emails and messages from people telling us we filmed them at the ramp this past weekend and they want to know when the video will air. This is not a question we can typically answer. We film from three or more ramps every week and have a massive back log of content and sometime it could be weeks or months after an event occurs before we air the video. We put stuff out as fast as we can but we only air three videos a week and in a typical weekend get 6-10 episodes worth of content meaning we get content faster then we can air it. Thanks for watching and just be sure to keep watching looking for your content it will air but probably not immediately after it happens!

Pro Tip: If you're approaching the dock on a windy day and have a Bimini top. Put the top down first. That much less for the wind to catch. Walk outside with an umbrella on a windy day and you'll understand. Kudos to the ladies! Two with lines ready. You just don't see a lot of that.

Washington state has mandatory certification and training for all boat operators. Fat lot of good it does. It is mostly a revenue stream for the state. The training has been left to companies that certify operators and while there are a few good ones, most are just diploma mills. The state doesn’t care as long as they get their money. They take a percentage of the fees charged by training companies and oversight is virtually nonexistent. Safety has not improved. If Florida wants to implement something like this, make the training be by the government, not outside contractors. Washingtons system doesn’t work and is a model for what NOT to do. The system is basically a money grab by greedy politicians and companies. They do motorcycle training the same way and it’s also not working very well. I was sailing for ten years before they implemented this “system” and I learned more from my parents and the Boy Scouts than from any of the mandatory “classes” I took.

That Bayliner is almost the exact same boat as mine and seems to have many of the same issues. but for 1000 bucks. it's a cheap toy to get out on the lake.....when it runs.

I got the same one for free this spring. Got it running but it had clearly been put away with water in it. Block split internally in the 2.3 ford. Sold bottom end and gave away rest of boat! Kept the trailer! No more boat trailer musical chairs in the fall and spring for me!

I'm not a Coast Guard certified Captain. And I do understand "wind & current". But some of these people really amaze me with their boating skills, or more specifically, their lack thereof. They do that complete opposite of what they need to do. I just don't understand it. Don't if then just need to go somewhere for some basic training! And with people/ Captains line these in surprised that Florida and other States haven't mandated classes and licenses like we have for motor vehicles. SMH JS

No PFD's. No visible registration numbers....maybe they think that the PWC is Coast Guard documented. Those guys are woefully uninformed. Hope they returned safely.

Watching the women get that done while the 2 fellas just took 10+ mins going in a circle in that other boat says something to me lol. …. We gotta Do better fellas lol
