Thich Nhat Hanh’s Advice for Christianity

Thank you. I often wondered what Thich Nhat Hanh might have thought of Western spiritual tradition. It reminds me of what Zen monks said of Heidegger's philosophy in Being & Time: that it was the closest a Westerner had come to Zen. The young Heidegger was steeped in philosophy by his Jesuit teachers. Heidegger was the first "postmodern" philosopher in the sense that he pointed out the problems of language, as well as recognizing the basic error of the Western philosophical tradition back to Plato
