Thieaudio releasing a competitive iem in the lower price brackets to replace the legacy line is exciting. Look forward to what they release next. Monarch mk2 was not my preference at all but if its $300. I might just add that tuning into my collection.

Having option for a cheaper set with identical tuning is always nice. Eventhough $300 still beyond my reach atm. Waiting for the comparison with Blessing 3 and other $300 set 😁

I'm with ya on 2 DDs sounding better than 1 DD at the same volume. If the perception of more energy is felt, then that is a real phenomenon to the listener, no matter what the graph says. Looks to be a great set. Thanks for the video!

Love the Thieaudio marketing strategy. Creating a budget set similar to their flagship iems. Once you like this tuning, your next upgrade is highly and likely the Monarch MK2.

All the SA6s were from the $550-$600 range and the MK2 is my daily. I'd be down to try this out because I was considering getting the Monarch MK2 but felt the SA6 was more my speed. If the Hype 2 is potentially the same, if not better for some, then I'm 100% interested now
