Thief Simulator 2 - is it Worth Buying?
Thief Simulator 2 will transport you to a world full of valuables, expensive cars, and rustling banknotes. As long as you find a way to steal them.
Know that a thief’s trade is not a piece of cake. In order to get some practice, you’ll start with petty theft. This is how you’ll gain the experience required to access more and more risky - and most importantly, more profitable - jobs.
Remember to keep your eyes around your head. Even the best plan can fall apart, and the local police are just waiting for a chance to put you in handcuffs. Don’t get caught. Always be one step ahead of law enforcement.

I've been gaming since the age of 3 and ended up making it my career, that is how I came up with the name Born 2 Game. I am a gamer that loves playing all types of games from shooting and racing games to strategy and simulation.

Seems fun honestly, watched a friend play the first thief sim but it feels like one of those games that the feds are keeping an eye on lmao.

The first game lagged like hell for me yet I liked the gameplay very much, so I honestly don't even mind the second game being almost the same as long as the optimization is better

How many houses and neighbourhoods are in this game? My only real complaint about the first one was how small it was but I never realised it was a one man job.

Theres 2 neighbourhoods with roughly 15 houses (per neighbourhood I think) and 5 heists (im pretty sure)

Good balanced review, I do like your honest approach to reviews. As a side note, I couldn't help watching this and thinking it will never replace the original Thief series (different game I know, bor is supposed to). I honestly think that Thief 4 was one of my favourite games of all time, I just loved it and I've been looking for something similar ever since ☹️. This isn't that I know, but it's not the replacement I need 😂

@@Born2Game love your reviews, great work, keep it up. I also like the variety, it's so easy to get caught up in the AAA and think that's it. Your reviews have helped me jump out of that trap, and also helped me with perspective, i.e to think about the accuracy of some reviews. I often find people giving games poor reviews and I never quite understand why. Your review yesterday was an example of that when you called it out, Cities Skyline 2.

There are loads of smaller games coming to the channel soon because I've found some that are really enjoyable and they're not going to cost £70 to play 👍

the game is brilliant, but the police ai absoloutely sucks. They arrive in like 5 seconds, and dont search areas properly.

This is an issue even now because in the 108 break things job both the resident and the police both searched the basement but not in the corner I was in. This was just yesterday.

Personally I liked the 1st but I think it needs way more challenges. Like say for example adding Dogs for every homeowner for starters

@@ythatesfacts prolly is was just bad at the time i played it a few years ago, but in my memory the first game was quite hard

@carmenwinkler2020 it kinda was with a few guards but most tenants do nothing. It's also often easy to run from the cops just by sprinting down the road, there might be people who see you but imo it's kinda easy. I find it an inconvenience when cops get called and I loaded the van full of stuff only to get tazed
