Even if a crim crim gets caught after a dozen offenses, we all know the deal... 1. The previous 11 scores paid BANK, suckah! 😂 2. If caught, they immediately get free food, free clothing, free healthcare, free lawyers, a free trial, and more. 3. Two words: "BOND OUT". 4. They get out, get back to work, and get some more munneh bagz! 💪😎✌️ #ThuggLife Accept it. You know it's true. This is just "the system". The... justice system. 🙄
You guys don’t understand the law at all…..after like 3 packages you are over the limit. You need to understand these things before you make such braindead claims…..I mean felonies exist.
WRONG ! This has been going on for decades nationwide. . . During Demo-rat and Republi-cant times . . . Only difference now is that there's cameras everywhere so it's much easier to record and post . . .
@hardwired4548 Then I guess we have never had any real leadership in this country then cuz crime has existed here as far as I can remember. Shoot, this whole country was built on crime
California, where I live, won’t prosecute criminals. Governor Newsom has closed prisons. He has transferred funding of prisons to paying benefits including medical to illegal immigrants. The majority of the thefts, shown on videos, are our brothers.
@@stevenmitchell1You mean the one where Pelosi planted FBI agents in the crowd to incite them? The one where Pelosi refused the National Guard? Got ya.
If ya don't catch 'em, it ain't nothin'. If ya don't convict 'em, it ain't nothin'. If there are no consequences... IT AIN'T NOTHIN'. In fact, crim crims who get caught end up better off once they bond out than when they were caught. Free stuff all around. 💪😎✌️
This aint organized crime these are drug addicts and homeless that get kicked off state property . They sray around the tracks xuz its federal land , Ca. Needs to atop stealing the money set aside for homeless programs . The Democratic leaders pilfer this money rhats why u need to vote against them agaibat crooked Gavin
According to the liberal left, they’re simply taking what is do them because of eons of racism and slavery……. Isn’t this the same state that said we’re not gonna prosecute if you take less than $900 or so? I saw an interview with an SFO police officer who had her car broken into and she wouldn’t even file a report because she knew nothing would happen.
Yup Cole Younger & the Youngers Jesse James Frank James Billy the Kid Pancho Villa Stevie Cook Al Capone Big Boy Bud Keats & so many more train robbers & moonshiners. Just as criminal as the railroad's Pinkerton goons that kill & beat Americans for the Railroad.
Decades ago, an early COPS episode parked a decoy tractor trailer in the hood and within minutes it was looted, but the cops were hiding in it behind a false wall. Comedy gold! Nowadays itd be entrapment and cops would be charged by the U.S. Attorney.
I don't think it should be entrapment. They made a conscious choice to do something illegal. Shouldn't matter if it's a setup. They don't belong there , so it's illegal
Traveler's insurance has a bait trailer they lend to police departments for free. It has GPS and lots of cameras. I wish they would put the footage online after the thieves are convicted.
Yup just ask the Younger gang or The James bros OR the PINKERTON goons who have been murdering people for the Railroad for decades. Looks like the Railroad is getting "railroaded" that term isn't used for nothing.
Mine have been stolen A LOT. It's unbelievable. At a certain point, companies stopped supporting my claims, too. So, obviously, the end result is that we victim blame and slap down the LEGITIMATE customers. I'll never see those dollars (nor the packages) again. And now... I can't afford to purchase ANYTHING online. Nothin'. Too risky.
@@KatiTheButcher you’re right, we should stop having to pay out federally in taxes to support red welfare states. But if you can’t afford California then take the advice republicans love to give others in need and try pulling yourself up by those famous bootstraps we hear so much about or try living within your own means. Hope this helps like thoughts and prayers.
As someone who currently works for FedEx, not only do I feel bad for the consumers, I’m also pissed because loading and unloading those trailers is hard work. Hopefully FedEx will make a plan to have those types of trailers that are loaded on trains remove the company’s name so it doesn’t become an easy target. Just blend in like the rest of them.
If the police actually bothered to show up and catch these people, what they stole is over $950 and going to be a felony in CA. In Texas, this would be a misdemeanor, which sets its threshold at $2500. Too bad this is a Red County where they let crime happen like they do in Texas and the South.
Morality is at an all-time low in the country. In Japan, you could park an unlocked bicycle with a bag on it on the side of a street and nobody will steal it
Two very different animals. Japan has a very cooperative society, whereas the US is defined by its individualism, which is fueled by class and individual competition.
Yeah leave our bikes outside no locks still there next day . A guy left his trunk open all night with military gear, and personal items in it nobody touched it. Some places in the Midwest and south still have morals, and manners. You can even lock your house, car or anything else, and still have things stolen in the city
....except the executives of UP/Fedex and it's insurance companies that are paying them 150% of the actual loss are republicans making millions off this. Who are the actual crooks here?
Happens in Chiraq quite often. The feds claim the thieves have no inside info but I don't believe that. It would be easy for a package handler to take a pic of the number of a container that has something interesting on it and sent it to some friends. There was a case a few years back where 100 AR-15s were taken from a train in Englehood, I mean Englewood.
Why were your reporters witnessing a crime, but not reporting it? Seems like you still have a civic responsibility as citizens to report it to authorities if you see someone looting a train, at the time the looting is happening.
@@pamady276 I appreciate that... But you must also remember that politicians will misuse people not bothering to report crimes, i.e. "Reported crime is down 50%...." - it's still worth the phone call.
@@KK-pm7ud Ah. Ok.Thanks. But then why sooo many thefts this year? It seems like an epidemic of robberies lately. Especially in Cali. But also all over the US too. Is it just because of inflation?
@@totigerus I haven't funded a study, but I would gather the legal system has a big part to play in all of the crime. I just know that from a financial perspective FedEx isn't encouraging theft so they can get insurance payouts.
We paid our government to ship cheap labor into every single state across the country. We then paid the government to give money to corporations, with the intent of buying our properties out from under us. We paid the federal government to drive wages down, and the cost of living up.
@@totigerusIt’s because of no fathers in the home to teach kids that stealing is wrong. It’s because of people thinking they’re entitled to what belongs to others. It’s because, as we see here, no consequences. It’s because of a general breakdown in morality. Inflation is the least of it, since this was going on when inflation was tame.
Ya know, if BNSF cared they’d secure the trains better or keep them moving. But for them it’s a cost of doing business, because I’m sure they’ve considered it, and it’s cheaper for them just to pay for the losses.
Stop saying allegedly! At this point these guys on camera aren't allegedly doing anything. CA is a crap whole and delivery companies should stop shipping threw CA.
You know those containers have a way to lock them where the lock can't be cut or tampered with , at least a "amateur " would not unlock them, a simple lock would have helped, maybe the conductor and thief's plan ?
What happened to the railroad workers of old who patrolled with pick handles, laying beatings on those who tried to help themselves to what wasn't theirs.
A solid sheet of Steel that slides from the top of the back door all the way down to the bottom along two tracks on the side that can only be taken off with a special hoist once it gets to its location. Nobody is going to lift the solid sheet of Steel.
There was a time when trains had armed guards. One in the brake wagon/caboose, and a few more aboard the train. This was to prevent train robberies, which were common during the time this method was used. It may be a good idea to bring them back.
On today’s local news broadcast I heard that the state has one of the largest job increases in the nation. Seems like these people are not interested in working.
