How would the recipe change if I use dry yeast instead of sourdough starter?

Instant yeast is alot stronger so use less. Half of what you would normally.

The night before 2g of yeast, 35g water, 35g flour. Leave overnight. Then use that whole amount instead of sourdough.

Can you bulk ferment for 48 hours ? Much easier for fridge space so wondering what difference is if take that approach

Sourdough is natural yeasts cultivated in flour. You could substitute a small amount of yeast (1/8-1/4 tsp) but you’ll lose the flavor and complexity that the starter brings. It will still be good.

Hi team, can this dough be frozen? There's a lot of work/l9ve that goes into it. It would be awesome if you could make a big batch n freeze some. Many thanks for a great video, im feeding my spurdough starter n look forward to make my first SD pizza dough tmrrw:-)

As lovely as this looks and as much as I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation, I just cannot start preparing a meal days in advance. It is a lot of work just to make say 2 pizza's. Is there not a shorter version that I can start at least on the same day?

Check the recipe. There is an error in the listing of ingredients: "110z Water" should be "11.0 oz Water, " or, 310g. The listing for ingredients is in oz. The recipe description uses grams??? Goz! You can do better! My girlfriend told me last evening she prefers think crust, crispy pizza. I'm going to use this recipe this weekend on my Dome! Gene

Autolysis with 00 flour or bread flour is just a waste of your time. Even more so with a low hydration dough like this one. You use autolysis to counteract the excessive tenacity of some flours (I.e Type 1 or Semola).
