Looks like a great are he picked , just a lot on the operator. Will you harvest the cut down trees? I know you tried to be gentle on the trees but you do what you got to do .Rocks are a pain but the could be used as a semi b barrier to the gully.

Looks like it will be a big area but seeing a video,I cannot really tell.Hope the flattening at your spot helps.

Big rocks are good. They can be used along the lower edges to help prevent erosion.
