The only reason I hate mirror portals is because the animation takes a second, which makes you unable to see where you are. People always put gameplay while the screen is still turning around.
6:52 in practice mode. This is also my favorite one, that I hate in geometry dash because when I place a checkpoint, and I die, it automatically makes me jump.
mirror portal can be used bad, but its super cool in some levels, for example, watch the level chance of scene where the mirror portal is used in the middle of the level where you are backwards, but it seems like to move forwards which makes it rlly cool
The most annoying thing for me is crashing because of a pad bug. This bug exists for half of GDs lifetime and creators still don't know why it happens. Takes 10 seconds to fix.
Either they’re troll pads or you’re supposed to do a timing and jump on a certain part on the pad, or the creators are stupid and they hack-verified their level
I like mirror portals and as I read other comments, some of the people do too. It's just that most creators can't use them properly, and that's where opinions about it come from (similar to rainbow blocks). The animation of it takes a moment, so after every mirror portal there should be a bit of break. Time machine for example, the very first level to have these portals in it, uses them pretty well, even though it gets trickier at the end, but doable if you focus. And people are saying that in 2.2 they won't be used by anyone at all, cuz of the reverse mode, while RobTop himself literally used mirror portals in the Nock Em, to avoid complicating things with reverse gameplay (it was easier to do it with mirror portal). And I think that mirror portals and reverse mode, used together in one way or another, could be a pretty good combo! Don't get me wrong, I don't mean to hate this video or anything, I get it that it's supposed to be a little funny video, and it's really good edited, and that one about mirror portals is probably relatable for most players. It's just sad to me that so many people hate these portals, mostly because (I think at least) they are used badly by creators. Even though they are fine in their own :c
Reverse gameplay (at least the kind that’s in Power Trip in Subzero) is going to piss me off. So much. I hate long levels and now they’re gonna have parts where I’m losing progress? Nah bro take my downvote lol.
3:01 In the old versions, 1 star levels can be easy levels too. (Go to star ratings and you will see "Easy: 1-2 stars".) Edit: It's fixed in 2.2, so the parenthesis is useless.
Some more ideas if you make a part 2 1) Waiting for 2.2 for 6 years. 2) The beginning of problematic, need I say more? 3) When someone is watching you play GD, but then you die. 4) There is a bug where if you play test, there will be a chance that you can’t do anything. 5) Decoration arrows that look like spikes. 6) Spikes that look like decoration. 7) Most gauntlet and weekly levels are impossible to sightread and force you to use practice mode. 8) When a dash orb randomly cuts off without any indication. 9) With the standards of a rated level, the CP UFO is near impossible to obtain. 10) Getting trolled in clubstep (it sucks) 11) Levels like buff this were you just straight fly for 75% of the level. 12) Levels that use panda eyes song 13) Levels that randomly move obstacles so fast that you can’t sightread. 14) Being near the end of a hard level only for your mobile device to run out of charge. 15) Levels that are just auto for the last 20%. 16) Accidentally getting a coin path and dying. (It’s the level’s fault) 17) Orbs can multi trigger, but for some bizarre reason, portals and pads can’t.
Some of my problems: 1) When someone is watching you play and somehow you become way worse at the game for no reason 2) Decoration arrows that like like spikes and spikes that look like decoration. 3) There is a small chance that you can't do anything when playtesting and have to close out and re-enter the level. 4) When you are on a specific device, leaving the game without closing the tab and then returning to where you were disables the music and this can only be consistently fixed by closing the tab and having to go back to the title screen. 5) If your game closes during the Demon Guardian unlock scene he will remain locked forever and you can't free him. 6) For some reason, for me, two of the chests in the Treasure Room refuse to open consistently, and these two specifically are impossible to open for me. Help. 7) Half the help menus in the game are useless and empty, and it's usually the important ones 8) When the search menu doesn't do what it should in specific circumstances 9) Only being able to quickly go to up to the 1000th section of shown levels from a search; after that you have to through each one manually 10) When a really good level has one part where the gameplay is shit 11) When a really good level has a few bugs that trigger like 50% of the time and make it unplayable 12) When the bug in the auto you made doesn't happen in playtesting but does upon verification, or god forbid, it doesn't occur upon verification but does upon upload
Mirror portals are really cool and the only way to change the x axis of the icon Its so sad that creators misuse it so much though, i love playing with it and its specially important now to practice for the 2.2 reverse mode
Practice!?!?!?! Boy, You Gotta Be Kidding Me. Mirror Portal Is More Un-SightReadable Than A Chicken With No Head Running In Random Direction. Unless, If It Uses It Well. Then Its Kinda SightReadable But I Still Thing revese Mode Is More SightReadable
the mobile straightfly thing im actually pretty good at but the amount of practice and agony i went through trying to improve it was is immeasurable. i mean i can do it well, as long as you don't casually take the gravity and shove it up my rectum. or dual it.
you forgot about these: trying to search levels that have a name that is only numbers so if you try and search it you wont get your level because it thinks your searching for an ID and trying to search the level -Sirius- or any level with characters that you can't type
There's a way to solve this: tap that button twice so the level has time to load, and it will fully load paused. Then, tap it again to start playtesting.
I think there's one hated things that is missing here, at least for people who don't use megahack: accidentally ending a level in practice mode while you wanted to practice more, forcing you to go through the entire level again just to practice the ending
Another annoying thing in gd is when you play as the robot in practise mode and you place a checkpoint right when you die, and the robot keeps doing these little jumps automatically. Only thing you can do is remove the checkpoint.
The only reason I don’t like mirror portals, is because the tradition is so like disorienting. Which is why I like the reverse trigger more than the mirror portal, because it dosen’t have the most annoying transition ever.
Things I hate in Geometry Dash 1. Forgetting a level name 2. Crashing in Sonic Wave [i beat this already] 3. Not finding a profile after 666 names of searching [i searched zeroxy and nothing] 4. VSC 5. Buggy layouts 6. "Play my levels" 7. Someone choosing lofi song for a challenge That's all.

Not every person hates mirror portals, I personally like them because it adds a more difficult way to play the game while it is simply only a one-item change in a level
4:20 another thing i hate about practice mode is that when I am using the auto checkpoint and I am in certain mode(ship, wave, ufo) and when i got far in the mode, and die somewhere, it respawn me sonewhere too far from the spot i die (e.g: died at 56 and respawn at 40)
Mirror portals are fine but it depends how they are placed, I don’t know why people put gameplay during the animation. It would be cool if you could change the animation speed of something like that.
1:26 the beginner pack actually became impossible because of the change in gravity for 2.2, of you didn’t complete it you now can’t get that coin, along with others
It’s probably one of the hardest games ever, due to how fast paced it is, the level of concentration required, and how easy it is to mess up when you tap the screen at the wrong time. Every time after you complete a level you never want to play it again, but want to complete the next one just for the satisfaction.
