Great video! @slidegoodinc I'm looking to buy a 2004 M45 and apparently there's a front end issue(Owner says Struts) I noticed you mentioned front end parts were expensive, are the struts expensive and difficult to install??
Have you had any problems with the flywheel at all? Someone has a 03 m45 with 101,000 for $2500. I just hear owners have problems with the flywheel teeth missing.
If I remember correctly you remove the seat base and it exposes two lower bolts that hold the back in place. Remove those and lift up. I believe there is a write up somewhere online too.
undo the two clips that hold the bottom seat custion inplace. Two bolts on the lover corners of the top part and inside the armrest is two more nuts to remove then it slides up. It might be possible to replace the trunk struts by prying the ball lock with a long screw driver and the new ones will just push on.
You can find running ones that are a little beat up for 3-6k and really nice used ones for 6-12k. You get a lot of car for the money. That’s one thing that makes them great!
Time out lol no way my hood has ever done that and I've had it since 09 lmao and the seats are from 04 that's natural wear and tear the rest of that u did yourself and there's is nothing behind the seat smh cmon bro
Anything wrong with the engine ? I’m about to purchase an 03 for 3k 200k miles flat no lights it looks and sounds great but idk Yk the engine is a v8 after all
