Y'all mistook this video.. it's not meant to be I strongly hate these things, it's only dislike them 😭 Like if someone lights my candle I'm holding out in that room I won't actually get angry, just slightly annoyed. The only thing on this list I HATE is the spamming music over people's nice music, because that's suuppeer annoying. Also like everyone has different opinions, I didn't say "Things user4593454 Wishes Sky Kids Would Stop", so like, great, you disagree with something on the list? Superb 👌 You guys need to calm down 💀
I think people are getting upset because you said if anyone does these things, they should stop because it’s annoying. But that’s more of your opinion, and these aren’t things that annoy everyone👍 That’s just my perception on it tho
its weird that some sky players get so touchy about lighting people up... i'm a veteran, been here since day 1 and even as the years go by, i'll never understand this behaviour. someone wants to see the cool outfit you put a ton of time and effort into!! thats sweet, not annoying 😭
Me too, I don't get this argument either. It's a core mechanic from the game. It also helps to recharge the wings by being closer to them, I only force to touch candles in the Shattering Events. We need each other to restore wings that the crystals and crabs chip away.
@@sanaki_gamer2026 I specified in the 8 player room when they shove their candle into mine without permission. I'm fine if someone holds out their candle and waits for me to light them. 😌
How hypocritical of you to tell people to leave your moth outside the 8 player door. You where a moth at one point as well, they have to learn, just the way you did yourself. If people don't have the patience for moths i don't think it's the game for you. Just appreciate skys growing playerbase, it's important to the games survival and evolution

@@emmalgstrup8824 Yeah but even when you don't have a guide you likely won't be able to get in because of the spirit gate. It's only when moths are brought in by guides and not told how to use it it's annoying. It's fine if they actually unlock the area themselves because most of the time in that case they'll have played for long enough to understand the function :)
I always thought that deep honking in the 8 person room helps to reset the server and bring people in. When i just wait its like no one shows up but when I deep call a bit it fills the room.
@@thatskymouseThis is not a theory. in practice, it works so that when you are honking a lot, the game understands that you now need the help of other players, so you are thrown to another server with players in this area / players from more empty servers are thrown to you. so it really helps, and it can be endured x)
no deep honking is NOT for people to hear😂😂 it's for server mege in another word people deep honk to get merge with other players AND for fast process!! also why are you so sad about people lighting your candles?? why ??? most of time it's done by mistake but hey I never thought that people lighting me is rude or annying it's SKY we are CHILREN OF ((LIGHT))!!
I just don't like it because I know sometimes it is an accident but I just don't like how they shove it in my face. And for the first point, someone already told me that 😭 Whoops 😭

@@ubetydelig3065i don't know exactly how or why, but deep honking server merges you with other people quicker. i guess the game thinks deep honking means you need help and it'll merge you into another server. source: google it
I always panic as much when i see someone losing light as if I would lose them... I start honking and try to get there as fast as possible trying to help haha :D
It's not laziness @thatskymouse Like this person, some kids' first thought when they see someone losing light is that they need help. Just think how they feel when they find out it's someone who's actually trying to lose light. Some would think they just wasted their effort trying to fly as fast as they can and be annoyed as well. Try to consider catching rocks in the area before the point of no return in Eden the next time you need to lose light and not fly around in areas where moths might actually be lost and need help.
Absolute fact. I always try to help out people I see dying; but then one day: I was collecting flybois in hidden forest, the last area, when I see the death symbol. I rush over from a tree mushroom (I was struggling) and see them sitting at a bank, beeping - beeping as in to get attention- and lit their candle. Gave a good 30 seconds so they had wiggle room to run it fly. They bow and proceed to walK INTO A MINI POND UNTIL DEATH. How is this kinda thing not on the list?
tbh I dont get most of the points in this vid. lighting someones candle doesnt do anything besides reveal someones outfit and most people deep honk to help the servers to merge am I wrong? Also why are other people obligated to fix your mistakes?

number 1 : we deep honk for people outside there can hear us? BIG NO. it's for who in a different server making us in the same server, so we will have 8 persons there. FYI, there are a lot of shared memory of deep honking at that place. and guess? it always works. number 5 : of course I will try to help if the situation really support me to help. BUT, sometimes I don't have chance to light up those who get krilled. stop blaming people, this world not spinning only around you.
pretty much everything exept the part on music is what makes the game fun, appreciate new players enjoying the game, not everybody will have a experienced player by their side to speedrun the game without the fun part of exploring, if you get frustered by the 8player area just stop going there yourself instead of wanting to gatekeep it from new players it's common sense to me. Anyway in theory this area could be done as 4player since you can each light 2 of the mecanism so just light theirs if you're not patient enought
hi! I understand that this is your opinion. Well I also have my own opinion on the krill part. It's nice when someone wants to help you, but if they don't help, don't take it against them because there are various reasons why they can't help, maybe they're just new to the game, maybe they are also afraid of krills, and etc. To put it simply, I just want to say, you cannot control other sky kid's action on how they will play. But what you can control is how you play YOUR OWN game. for instance, when I go to wasteland, if there are no people who can help me charge my wing power, I always bring my fire torch to charge my own light. Though it's very nice of you to share things so that players will be aware and can improve Sky. However at the end of the day, you can't adjust the wind but you can adjust your sails. To be honest, most of this stuff sounds very nit picky, since you can control most of these problems. Dying in wasteland? Teleport home. Honking’s getting annoying? Turn the volume down. People wanting to light you? Just ignore them. Personally, I don’t find these annoying because I’m used to them at this point. And no, I’m not saying you should stop complaining or anything, it’s your opinion and that’s cool, but these problems are easy to fix, so at least you can do something about them. The only thing I agree with is the music spamming, that’s annoying and disrespectful to the person playing. Also, I don’t wanna come off as rude, but uh, the part where you said to “leave your moths out the door” sounds like you’re calling them pets, like leaving your dog outside in front of a cafe that doesn’t allow pets. I’m not saying you meant that or that was your intention, but uh, yeah, that’s what it sounded like to me 😅
At some point it becomes something you need to just turn off your volume to deal with, telling people to stop at the beginning of the video if they do these things may not be the best way to start the video kkkkkkkk

Lot of players are just childs ^^ they don"t realize it ^^ just some child discovering the game, and do some randoms things ^^ still cute to me. I am more angry against the game with all these bug and want just make money and don"t take care of their game sometimes... And a good place to improve your music lonely is the nest, you put down the possiblity friend joining, and you can work lonely
Hii I know you didn’t mean to be grumpy lol but here’s my point of view : 1 :some moth won’t learn if you don’t teach them so someone teaching a moth isn’t bad lol 2:music depends on the person,I personally love when someone join me when I’m playing music, if the person run away you just stop 3:some sky kid are afraid of krill and losing wl ,when I get attack and lose wl even if I don’t have a way to escape or a spell to help me ,even if someone is flying near by ,I’m a grown up person so I just go home and then come back ,easier ,faster,no more die. The real thing to stop in sky it’s the sky kid in wasteland who get krilled on purpose just to bring them to you ! All the other things can be avoided or can try to escape from it lol.
For the second point I don’t mind when someone joins me peacefully but in this case I was talking about people full on spamming the keys and ruining my song
Sometimes I’ll deep honk in the 8 player room when I’m alone, but when other people show up I stop, cuz ik how annoying that can be😂😭 And I don’t rlly have a problem when ppl light my candle while we’re waiting, and sometimes I’ll light people’s candles too. But they never seem upset by it, so I assume they’re okay with me doing it. If they want me to stop tho, I’ll stop cuz I don’t wanna annoy them hehe. But the music thing I %100 percent agree on, it’s so annoying when people play over me or other people😭 And most of the time it’s jusy keyboard spamming. Like, I’m not gonna applaud you for tapping random notes😂 Wow sorry for the long comment lol-
the deep honking is because it's a rumor in the community that deep honking helps server merges happen a lot quicker so those players are trying to help
when i see ppl doing sheets of music, im usually joining them with another instrument, because i love the feeling to do a little concert. But yeah i can get the idea that some people just want to be left alone. So if i see the person running away, i usually just respect that and leaves them alone. But I had some really sweet moments with strangers doing music together :D
Yeaah, I love to play sheets of music both for fun and for practicing, and I wish more people joined me, it's happened a few times and it's so much fun
1. it is posible for 1 player to manage 2 beacons in the beacon room, but very tricky 2. people who spam music are litteraly just trying to be annoying
I would like players to stop being AFK for hours for the same reason, taking up space on the servers, this makes it difficult for us to TP our friends because sometimes there are AFK players on their servers and they are filling up the place. I'm not against AFK players, sometimes we have to close the game to do something, but when there's no reason, it kind of gets in the way a little, but at least we have the nests now, many players spend time AFK in the nest, without taking up space on other servers.
People also need to stop "hitting" others. I have noticed that hitting other players has become a trend and I find it super disrespectful. Especially when I tell them I don't want to be lit up and they resort to hitting my skykid. No real harm is done, but it's rude and toxic.
I agree with everything except the light the candle one, I don't get why, but I accepted this behavior already. I just stare at the people I want to see instead, do 1 or 2 honks to see if they respond. If not, I go away. If they respond, I try to touch the candles. It works. But I still don't agree with this behavior in the CORE MECHANIC FROM THE GAME. 😅
It's not lighting the candles most of the time, only when I'm holding it to the beacon in that 8 player room and they shove their candle into mine. I know a lot of people are OK with it but I just find it annoying 😅
there's a way where you can dogde krills. If you are on a mobile device, you can open up tabs and wait for the red light to go away, or you can click on emote and go home 👍
You are soooo wrong about the elevator area: deep call is suggested by many old players here to merge servers and fiil the area with 8 players... however many do not believe that this is possible
Omg yes on the butterfly room, I don't know what's up with that room and the way it just makes players seem to forget how to even play the game sometimes but every time I go in there when candle running it I question if it's even worth it. The constant honking cos once one kid starts everyone else joins in on instinct, folks being afk, folks purposefully grieving, what should be simple and easy just becomes a nightmare

@@a_little_demon Ah sorry completely misunderstood there. But also yeeeees candle glitch sucks. A lot of folks are super understanding of it tho and are willing to help out when that happens (as I found out just the other day when it was finally my turn for the glitch in there)

I hear this a lot about honking in the 8 player room - deep calling DOES NOT in any way “help the servers merge” - that is not how servers/technology works. This was a myth perpetuated god knows when by god knows who. It is NOT a thing. 😂 Every time I go in the 8 player room I immediately shut sky music and sounds off so as to not hear multiple sky kids spam honking. And right now we have a lot of pc moths just starting sky so that area is gonna be a bit rough. 😅
I think the reason people are getting so upset in the comments is cuz this is a kinda controversial video with a lot of your opinions (but that’s not a bad thing ofc👍). I think some people might’ve taken it the wrong way, and thought you were saying that this is the right way to play. But everyone is entitled to their own opinions :D
I think a lot of people here are missing the point of the candle lighting part, if it’s an accident or if they request it that’s fine but FORCIBLY lighting someone’s candle is just rude, there’s so many reasons why someone might not want their candle to be lit so if they decline just leave them alone!
I’m just confused by the don’t light me without permission point because don’t you make videos about rating other sky kids outfits? You light them and rate them for content without their consent. Seems hypocritical imo 🫤
No.. they DO consent since I hold out my candle, and then they put theirs onto mine 🤯 what I don't do is shove my candle into theirs when they're holding it out doing something else, e.g. lighting a candle or beacon
