Hi Justin, I start to look for postdoc position at the begainning of this year, and your video helps me a lot during the whole application. Just few hours ago, I finally got this job after meeting with my boss. Now, I am going to be a postdoc in Harvard next year (School of Public Health). Hi...can you make a video on few things that a final year PhD student should do to make their CV more impressive? Also when should they start to look for a postdoc or contact a potential PI? Should they wait for atleast 1 publication to be out or can they contact even when it's under preparation or just submitted? Thanks for your time and help!
