Not everyone goes to the physician for non-emergency situations. The average person is perfectly capable of knowing themselves and knowing the data well enough to understand whether aspirin is indicated or contraindicated for them.
My doctor advised that I take baby aspirin daily throughout the process of conception, implantation, as well as throughout my pregnancy but this is because I had a miscarriage (and developed a clotting disorder after getting Covid), so she thinks that aspirin and thinning the blood is better for me to prevent another miscarriage.
It's crazy cause I've known people who drink a lot, smoke, even do crazy drugs and got pregnant, it's not SAFE but they do get pregnant so it's crazy how a lot of people are healthy and have probs to get preggo.

I was running daily and doing vegan IF in 100 degree weather and got pregnant. Also I was drinking coffee daily 😩I Think it’s one of those things it’ll just happen when it’s meant to happen. Live your life ladies.

It's silly to avoid sex during your TWW. That's the problem, living one half of the month walking on eggshells is unnecessarily stressful in and of itself. Just live normally, within reason. Of course, no one is say go rock climbing or do a pub crawl every night. If the embryo is meant to implant and is viable, I highly doubt that orgasms had in the TWW will deter it from implanting. Our mothers and grandmothers are proof of that.

I personally did, some say not to, but that is more if you have a history of miscarriage or similar medical issue. This lady isn't going to get back to you. Yes. I drank for almost 5years before my marriage as my periods were irregular. They regulated my periods and when I got married I was pregnant the next month and after first trimester started drinking red raspberry leaf tea untill labor ... Had normal delivery
It strengthens your uterus because it contracts it. If you have a history of miscarriages it should be avoided until ATLEAST your second trimester, but my dr recommended to start off with 1 bag a day at 24 weeks and gradually increase from there, but not to exceed 3 bags a day until the baby could be birthed safely. I induced labor with red raspberry leaf tea, so no, I wouldn’t say it’s safe during early pregnancy, especially in large quantities.
My 1st implantation did not went thru. In my experience I think because I was so stress. And moving a lot. Thank God on my 2nd try I was very careful and now I have my Son “Zion” God bless to all woman trying to get pregnant.
Aweslims i am on my 13dpo but i've testing myself for 5 days and i see faint line and my last test the line is really noticeable that positive pregnant.but on my 14dpo my husband and i get sex and on the next morning i test again there's a faint line again.unfortunately i have spotting and after hour or 2 spotting become a period.sex bad on two weeks ,you because of sex it made me period.my period supposedly tomorrow 20th of November

Lea Fegley - According to one study the negative affects were seen after 5 cups of coffee per day. If you’re staying under 500mg of caffeine (or about 5 cups of coffee) per day you should be fine! Im sure you’re already aware, but keep in mind other things that may also have caffeine like energy drinks, chocolate, teas, cola, etc. It is so hard to say with herbal teas, there are so many different ones out there- but like a lot of the comments here are saying, there is not much need to worry. As long as the tea itself is not medicinally used to induce menstruation or cause uterine contractions, it should be ok. Whatever the herbal tea is you may have to just search up it’s medicinal properties or “benefits” to ensure it’s not meant for either of those things. Thank you so much for watching! If doctor prescribe you aspirin there must be reason for that. I think this lady in video thinking about people who are taking aspirin without consultation with doctor.
This is really informative 👍I had a miscarriage years back and I thought sex and drink was the contributing factors, I didn’t know we were pregnant. Until like 6/7 weeks, so I straight away stopped (it was Xmas when we fell , so I was drinking. Not lots but enjoying fun. ) Anyway I miscarried at 10 weeks but when I told the doctor this at the scan ( as I blamed myself) she assured me that would not of mattered , it was more than likely chromosome issues., she said as long as you stop alcohol the minute you have positive test- (and it’s moderate consumption , not like a whole bottle of spirits to yourself!!) and as long as sex was gentle and not too vigorous it’s safe. As long as you’ve not miscarried in the past- then advice is to steer clear for first 12weeks. Then just enjoy. So I felt better then. X I always go for decaf coffee but have a cheeky one now and then same as glass of wine but TTC is stressful relaxation is key xxx
Ok firstly the exercise tip is tricky from me and for ages I was blaming my job for my not getting pregnant, I am a delivery driver for supermarket an on a full day can lift around 3 tonnes of weight. But my doctor said because I’ve been doing this for years my body should have adapted to this an used to this. Much like a runner would be safe to run during pregnancy and other athletes. However if you started doing this after trying or being pregnant it wouldn’t be advised. So I’m now confident that it can’t be an issue for me.

The day when my follicle ruptured, severe headache started so I had to take 2 crocin and it continued the next day also, so I had to take third crocin....Will that affect my conception process

I was pregnant in 2017 and i think i was about 4-5 weeks pregnant, i was already showing signs of pregnancy due to morning sickness etc. I had an orgasm and i think i caused my miscarriage because i started bleeding the next morning. I was devastated and then when i went to the doctor they told me i had a “missed miscarriage,” because my HCG levels were still rising but when they did the ultrasound they couldn’t find the baby. So, they weren’t able to tell me if my orgasm caused it, but i truly believe it did. Moral of the story is once my husband and i decide to have kids I’m going to try to avoid orgasms/ sex until i think the baby is big and safe enough!

Im trying to get healthy lose weight and exercise before getting pregnant. What level of exercise is ok? And what sort of things are ok? Can i just be doing weights even thou it makes me sweat? Im at least 25kgs over weight and really dont want to be pregnant and over weight .
Sweating is perfectly fine! With exercise, you'll run into a problem if you find that your luteal phase is getting shorter, which can happen with a calorie restricted diet and very excessive exercise - in general though, most people will rarely ever get to this point. Cases where this may happen are if you are training for body building competitions, olympic training, military training, or anything like that that tends to be very strenuous exercising - also some eating disorders like anorexia can do this as well.

How does straining (to use the restroom) have a negative impact on implantation? I had a horrible pains in the middle of the night of transfer day 1 and had to strain for a few seconds a couple of times. The stress of the pains was scaring me, so I did what I had to do. Now I feel like I've ruined everything. Lost all enthusiasm because of it. I strained 2 times for a few seconds, now I've blown it.

@@AmyRDR2, no. Well, my Dr. said it shouldn't have made any difference, but my transfer did not work. Conditions could not have been better, normal embryo, perfect lining, uterine biopsy was all clear. But it still failed.

Green tea is not good during pregnancy and should be avoided because it is reducing iron level in the blood and you need good iron level when you are pregnant.

I am not any more, but I had been pregnant 4 times while being an alcoholic aka I drank every single day and obviously implanted. Not advertising the lifestyle and stayed 100% sober during pregnancies, but I’m just sayin.
