That reminds me SO much of Misfits. They were like the Boys precursor. Hell they had this one nerd on there that got the ability to manipulate dairy products and he went homicidal. He made people choke on milk, moved Greek yogurt up in this guy's brain and did all sorts of crazy things.

I really love Jordan. From my reading, they see themself as both genders. She goes “girl-mode” more often because her parents restricted her from being like that growing up. But he’s also comfortable as a guy, and just wants to be able to switch whenever he wants.

I don't think Jordan necessarily prefers either of the genders more than the other because both of them is who they are. Rejecting any part is like rejecting half of yourself. But Jordan hates that the parents only prefer the boy half. She feels the judgemental half of her parents even when they praise because they only ever praise the boy.

I actually like Jordan. From first to last episode they stayed consistent. There were a few moments where this gen z writing could be better, but overall, even from a straight man living in a conservative european country, "they, them" actually clicked. The boys are way better, but these series are helping expanding this universe. In my humble opinion, they can make many more shows like this, not too many seasons, but focus on few people in "The boys" universe and expand it very wide.

@@trey5973 Not only that but the boys actors are more skilled in their acting. The best actor in genV is Sam. Compare Sam's great acting to the best the boys actor. I think it's the fact that the younger audience likes the more younger targeted audience, which is weird considering I'm 15 and I enjoy and love the boys a lot more.
