NYC MEETUP on October 22nd, 7-9pm! Join me and another ambitious aspiring analysts for a fun night of job hunt discussion, industry insights, and good-energy networking! lu.ma/x8an77rf
I think Coceptualizing the data is the most confusing part in data cleaning because mostly data analysts skip this stage or give very less time to understand the dataset properly and what's the most confusing part for you?
I would like and understand even better if in your future videos you can keep expanding/showing the actions while teaching us the thought process. Not just data cleaning but other practical and "real life" tasks and show us something like "why doing X in this case is bad, and why we should consider Y or Z etc...." I'm self-learning SQL and Python from a third world country and I'm going to tell you my heartfelt thoughts: I appreciate how you tie closely "business objectives" with data job positions. Many other channels out there while showing more technical stuff (like end-to-end projects) don't often teach viewers how to think and process through a problem. What you share us here really gives me an impression of actually working a job, not just "grinding" technical skill or doing personal projects. I hope your channel will grow greatly.
@@muneebbolo yup exactly! when you skip this step, cleaning is harder because you're not sure what to prioritize. so don't forget the "C" in the CLEAN framework :)
@@IarukaSkYouk thanks so much for the feedback, and i love the idea. part of why i started this channel was because i see my students often missing this real-world context - i promise to bring this in more in future vids!
I think this is the best video that I've seen so far concerning the Data Cleaning process. Decomposing data cleaning step by step and providing a detailed framework it is something that I have not seen on other RU-vid channels! Thank you for sharing Christine and looking forward to your next video!😄
invaluable information laid out concisely here, thanks very much! The confusing part of the process is being able to convey what I do to coworkers/others in a clear way. So many of these steps I I'm on automation about and never really consciously took the time to breakdown the Why!
THANKS a lot for creating a video on Data Cleaning. I was really confused about this topic, and your video overview was extremely helpful. In your next video, it would be great if you could provide a more detailed explanation and demonstrate the process with a sample dataset. This would greatly enhance our understanding of your data cleaning method and how to put it into practice.
I live in India and I can't enroll into your program currently , please make it available for students in Asia . I really love you you tube videos as they are short and crisp , Thanks for all the efforts you put while making these informative stuff .
i hear you. the reason why the cohort isn't available in asia is because the meeting times are often difficult for students in that time zone - but i do make exceptions for exceptionally ambitious applicants. if you're inclined, you can bypass the screening by picking a different country and continuing with the application there :)
Hey christine ...please do a video on how you can connect or gain access to companies databases /data ...like vpn and all ways ... because many people don't know how to gain access to companies data if you are working remote/ freelancing ...its a very small thing but most people have many doibts regarding it and find it little technical .
hello mam my skills are python ,sql, numpy, pandas is these skills are enough to get a job in a data releated domain . i also created a project on data analysis
