Your music touches souls of the wounded and the misfits. This song is LIFE and everything 3EB is about... 20 Years in the BLIND... WALK LIKE KINGS AND NEVER SAY SORRY
Amen. I hate going downtown but when they came to my city and did a show for free, I had to go. Finally got to see one of my favorite bands from my childhood.
New fav 3EB song. Can't believe I still like your new stuff just as much if not more than your past albums, if you guys ever stop making music I would cry.

please don't ever stop writing music, y'all have got me through some tough shit. I'm buying this album today, I'm always excited to hear new stuff and I'm never disappointed! Thanks guys! Can't wait to see y'all again!
Yes another amazing song. I've been listening since they came out in 97 and this is a mix of different album styles to me. Love it. I cannot wait to see them in concert in November!! 🎉🎉🎉
Been a fan of the band for a long time. First show was back on the OOTV tour at La Zona Rosa in Austin. Was on the Village Churchyard site forever. Good to see that they are constantly evolving, yet keeping their signature sound. This song is very Jenkins though....Walk like Kings....been a long time to walk with the mighty. Great stuff. Really digging it.

Imagine Cadogan or Fredianelli begrudgingly recording this in the studio to please SJ? lol Like when he turned Summertown - a classic old school 3eb rocker - into the rap banger we now know as Summatown 🤣
I turned Valerie on to 3eb with this song. I had only recently met her, even though we had a lot of mutual friends (like 20 or more.) . She had recently lost her husband, and we had both lost our homes to a hurricane. She fell in love with Jenkins. Valerie and i became close friends, both of us were always the "odd ones" in our shared circle. How we never crossed paths before, we didmt know. Sadly, she was only in my life for a little over a year before she passed from cancer. We had a lot of fun torturing her boomer friends with 3eb and jazz. Im GenX, and my friends only know the first 3eb album. Val was nearly 70, and the way she blushed at "still moving like a dolphin under me" was priceless.! RIP, girl!

Yeah I'm not a fan of this or the new box of bones... I haven't liked their stuff since the Ursa Major album.... And believe me I loved everything up to that album.... After that they kinda went downhill from what I've heard
Boy, did the songwriting take a dive on this album.. I saw them with Jimmy Eat World and they just sort of cram most of their hits into one song where they play like 3/4 of each song and it's SO off pitch. But hey, they still sell out decent sized venues, so good for them.
yeah itll grow on ya... didnt at first either.... does remind me of a cross of their old stuff with their newer stuff kidna like Summertown from ursa major
7,991 views is a disgrace to this song . I hope I can soon look back on this comment when it's at least a million & be like ..okay that's better. This is one of the best songs to come out this year . Lets be real. The concept is so legit !! There isn't a decibel loud enough
Love them but, doesn't like bad words though, dont need to, he's a good writer , he doesn't have to use that kind of language, I'm so sorry because I've been a fan for so long, really sorry
@@greenghost-xi5jp being a fan/supporter of the original members who helped in the founding of Third Eye Blind doesn't discredit anyone from being a "real fan". I completely agree with him actually, yet I'm still a fan of Walk Like Kings and Screamer. Fans of any band who call out others for not holding the same opinion as theirs are so lame. Grow up my man.
This for sure isn't the 3eb noise that I'm used to. This and screamer are way too artificial. I can't relate to these new lyrics.. Can't sparkle across the see just like diamonds.... wheres the loud as fuck rock band???
Oh god. Those lyrics. Where's the guitar? I loved We Are Drugs but this is awful. If I wanted to listen to generic pop crap I would listen to all the shit that's already out there. Now 3EB is trying to stay relevant releasing the same rubbish. 🙄🥺
Never let you go is very light pop rock , what’s the difference between this and never let you go , this is a great light pop song stop being an elitist
Lol clearly you haven't heard anything from them since their first album. There are plenty of songs in this vein. Especially from Blue and Out of the Vein.
@@Oithissucks Mate I've been a fan since Self Titled. Can't think of a single track they've done with out a bloody guitar, or without any old school Rhythm and Blues hooks. Instead of they've gone the atmospheric pop route with shallow, douchy lyrics about lux life etc. C'mon Stephan, you're in your 50s mate.
Catchy song but wtf are these lyrics? Overall the album has good songs but lyrically it’s surface level trash. We used to get “careening through the universe, your axis on a tilt” and now it’s “skip the FBO time to get up in this ho.....tel” come on man...
