Forced air injectin Engines WILL NOT and are not as reliable as a naturally aspirated one. That motor is already Working hard, especially pulling. Put a lift on it and bigger wheels My guess would be you'd be lucky to get 150,000 miles out of these engines If that. There's a reason why they had to put 2 turbos on it. Nobody ever seems to be looking down the road When you're gonna have to replace those turbos and you will. At a huge cost. If the engine itself don't Grenade first.

Just drove a Platinum TRD tundra off road from MD to MA and as a current gen 2 2021 tundra owner, the gen 3 blows away the gen 2 in so many ways. Handling, speed, luxury items, electronics, mpg, comfort and wow factor all superior to the gen 2. I prob missed a few too. Black, on black, on black, wow.

Dose tundra comes with few extra engine bearings ??

Just picked up a platinum off road with 6.5 bed few days ago. The truck rides really nice. It doesn’t feel like a large truck or body on frame. Rides like a unibody suv.

Can you make a comment about engine failure on new gen Tundras? I’m reading there are a lot of those trucks 😳

Yep I like the lifted Limited. I think the lift just gives the Tundra a better look for a 4x4.

Hi, been following you since getting my 2023 Tundra ltd TRD OFF RD, but I have seen online that there are many engines being replaced due to crankshaft main bearing failure. Have you heard anything about that? Can you discuss this issue with us to see how big this issue is. I heard that even the Lexus LX600 has the same issue. Tx for your input on this very important subject.

what are your thoughts on the many engine failures in the new model Tundra? They look nice, but cost too much and apparently unreliable.

Quick question- it might be where I live but I never see any tundra with the trailer power air bags from factory- not sure why

Thanks for the video but I'll be sticking with my 2017 that I paid 38k for.... The new trucks look good from every side EXCEPT the front... The messed up look of the front is like a sore thumb to the rest of the truck + I really don't think I can be talked into the v6 twin turbo... It'll be interesting to see how they hold up over the next several years.... At this point is I only had between the v6 tundra or a 4cyl. Tacoma I'd pick the Tacoma...

I am about to send you a squeegee. 😅. Yeah that chrome in the 1794 trd off-road is tolerable in that magnetic gray, that’s my truck. I had to get rid of those hideous thin tires and I upgraded to a proper falkens 285’s what a difference.

I guess these videos will show up for awhile due to my research. No! I'm not paying 60k for half a truck with a 4cyl. We only paid 50k out the door for our full size V8 4x4 in 2022. Why the Toyota we just purchased was used from an individual. We will never buy new again. They have crossed the line with these stupid prices. Just because we can aford it doesn't mean we will pay these prices.

I'm sure those Tundras sre nice Truck, but I do not care for Toyota styling even their cars. I bought 2019 Jeep Cherokee Overland 4x4 2.0 liter engine I guess has 270 horsepower. Jeep had 2014-2018 I could not stand the styling headlights in bumper and taillights. My boss purchased Jeep Wranglers over years not much of off road person, he likes it because it is true 4 wheel drive all mechanical 4 wheel drive. My jeep is full time 4x4 I can select the terrain. Co-work bought new 2023 Toyota Rav-4 nice vehicle I watching him back up, made low pitch grinding sound, I told him, He said that is normal, I was shocked to hear him say that. I hear Toyota has good quality, I bought Chrysler and Jeep because of price so far really no complaints my Chrysler had cosmetic issue with light colored interior door panels in front and Chrysler to care of problem with no issues, how panels past inspection I do not know.

Waste of money, buy a used 2nd Gen and do some awesome upgrades for a better truck.

Take a page out of Chevy Dude life book and sell Tundras yourself and run the channel. Might be tough at first but you’ll get the hang of it. Another income stream for you, just a thought lol

I force/6 cylinder? Only two engine options we got that but to say it on every truck?? Hybrid or not just saying! This one has 18 in tires and this one has 20 in tires, all street tires not even close to light duty off road?? 4 grand 3 inch lift kit? Measure it! No tow hooks and the best of all 60-70 plus K!! Tell us Toyota lovers something good! Go to the ports and see what the lots look like and why all that inventory is not sitting at dealership’s!

Buy a 2023 Toyota Tacoma having your cake and eating it too with a V6.👍🎉 Buy a Gen 2 Tundra with the proven 5.7 V8 and forget about Twin Turbos and Spun Bearing issues they have been having. A new V6 is $32,000 to change out.🫣😬
