MegaChaz9 Nice car man and don't mind the haters, you know your stuff and you clearly know and love the car so thats all that matters to any real car enthusiast, keep ripping that rubber and you should look into BC coilovers for that animal, heard great things, think that would really help you out, that with a dry day and you will hit that top leaderboard, great car, great 20 yr old.👍✌️👉
Can't blame him, 600+ horses in a car at that size would fly like an Easy Jet, no jumbo🚗💨 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-D8EL5bG8-7c.html
Hit it on the head bro. Unfortunately human nature is filled with cancerous bitterness, hate and jealousy. It's a shame people can't just show love! Despite the BS, sick video!
Sadly we live in an unfair world. When age, business or anything which might be personal is stated this comparison game comes into play in the human mind. Don't know if jamie, Ricky or other car RU-vidrs would take note of that and not ask that to the owner. I'll be honest I used to get jealous before but now I kind of become ambitious on how can I achieve a car like that. I'm 22 at the moment with a decent car which I'd say stands out from ordinary cars in terms of the mods.
Haha. The only with him being only 20 with this much power, is where else does he go from there ? Only a certain amount of things u can keep upgrading to 🤷🏻♂️
@@leeg8973 aww poor them.jralous is a right bastrard I had a 430 bhp pulsar at 20 cost me 900 a,year yo sure living in the country is a belter for cheap insurance 😀
@Kris Nicholson nice seeing you here kris. Hope the RS6 got sorted 👍. I'm not exactly sure. It did do quite well in the wet getting those times. I think in the dry with better grip it'll be faster. Can't remember if he mentioned what tyres he has also. I remember a top gear episode where Jeremy was reviewing an audi R8 spyder and porsche 911 cabrio. They showed that the launches where inconsistent and mentioned about the 4 wheel drive systems on them.
Brilliant. I’m still top - just! was a bit damp for me too - just saying 😜Let’s get top 3 - & others - to track on dry day - think your audience would love it bud. Be safe 😷
What a great TTRS and a lovely chap who owns it. The suspension. I can't stress enough the importance of setting your cars geometry correctly to your modified suspension. Doing it right is a massive plus. I get all my cars setup right by Center Gravity and enjoy the ride tremendously it really is night and day when done right. Enjoy your car man, it's a beauty.
Fair play to the lad, 20 and bombing about in this beast! all the best to him, even if i am jealous, ill have to stick to my Stock mk5 R32 for now, insurance is crippling and im 27!
Good luck to you too! I'm driving a stock EP3, still in love with it like the day I bought it... wouldn't mind a go in an R32. Always see em and think fuck yeah.. what's 3.2 litre like in a hatchback!? Quick enough lol Potential for faster is in you're favour too. Only need a little remap and couple upgtrades and your laughing👍
I love to see people that can enjoy this type of cars since they are so young. Should be inspiring. Be happy for him and not jealous. Love Jamie reaction when he did less than 3 secs!
Love this guy's honesty, doesn't try and fool anyone by claiming he did all the work. Can't even blame him for buying it rather than building it because it's an absolute weapon 👌
the young lad is gonna have a shock at the end of the month, when he gets his bank statement and sees that his insurance is not £1150... its £11,050...
Lovely humble guy , but there is NO WAY he is paying just over a grand for that thing especially with all the mods , most insurance companies won’t even insure you if your 20 to drive something like that even without the mods, regardless of where you live , he has to be on his parents insurance
Ive said this before about young drivers and asking how they afford it all as its basically impossible for most to afford just a second hand crap car and i say parents must of paid, but all you get is they worked hard all their life lol some shit floating.
I found location is a big factor. My renewal is due now and at 22 years old looking at comparison sites I found declaring aftermarket wheels and headlights it made no difference on quotes. Not sure about performance mods but I'm sure modified insurance would sort something out
Another ace car on the channel Jamie, I am jealous of this lad, 20 and with a car like that. At 20 I'd have been happy with half that power. Fair play to him he's doing something right.
Another complete weapon! Great owner! £1150 for his insurance is stupidly cheap for someone his age, very lucky to get it for that. Props to J for another great vid 👌🎩👊
Clearly lives in a low crime rate area to be paying £1150 declaring mods & a previous accident. I'm in my 30's and paying nearly a grand on BMW 330 with a squeaky clean license since 17. Never declared an accident on my insurance or had any points got over a decade of no claims. But live in a high crime rate area.
First of all i just wanna say shout out to Michael “Mikey” Blumberg from Recess. That cartoon was before his time 🤣🤣🤣 but you got a sick ride kid. Absolutely fan boy’d out on this one. Enjoy it 🔥🔥🔥
That beginning clip in the intro, when you pull off. Makes me miss my car so much. When it’s keeping traction, hopping around just ripping through the streets. 😪 soon!!
@@SH7SH7SH7 srm gtx3582 gen 2 hybrid ordered a few weeks ago should kick in somewhere around 3750rpm. Running meth already so looking towards 700 bhp and capped at 750 nm although I've made 800nm on stage 2+. Got a second engine which will be built for full frame xona rotor 9567 with billet oversized rpc plenum and billet oversized throttle runners. Want to feel past 1000 bhp but more so break into the 3 seconds for 60 to 130 and 100 to 200
@@zaink7037 thanks man keep yourself motivated bro. I've had to work off a sweat to buy it in my late 20s. Wanted a gtr which unbelievably was cheaper on insurance stock but maintenance and expenditure for similar times/power of the rs3 was too expensive for me. In what I've experienced in power and numbers 1500whp rs3 the highest I've seen it is roughly on par with a gtr coming up to 2000whp
Man that is a dope car! If I didn't need the space I would own one. The 2.5T is my favorite engine at the moment. So capable and sounds so good. Jamie, come to America sometime and do a video with one of hank iroz's cars! His builds are nuts!
What a lovely looking TTRS 👊 it's a car Ive been thinking about for a while, they have so much potential and sound amazing. Good luck to the lad 👍 Jamie not only do we want to know what his insurance costs but would be good to know what he does for a living to shut these "parent money" haters up and also give the youngers some aspirations and goals, and even then if it is parent money it dont matter !! Haters gona hate.
Beautiful car, regardless of the hate comments or how this geezer affords this, none of that matters, if you’re into cars and you follow this channel it shouldn’t cross your mind, enjoy the video and appreciate the vehicle
Most of the haters are 30 year old whoppers that still earn 25k a year and have nothing going for them, literally cant believe that anyone can have something like this at his age without it being ''mummy and daddys'' money.
Although the adverts that keep popping up annoys the heck out of me.. It also puts a little smile on face because I know Jamie is getting paid 💰 well deseved mate 👏🏾
What fiesta you have man? Have a mk6 fiesta zetec s 1.6 diesel myself. Love to get a faster car but think its sensible I invest in stuff first before a nice car
My dream car right there with that setup or a previous gen 8j model, these cars don't weigh that much anymore and have great aerodynamics compared to this my a3 8p quattro is a 1555kg brick lol, just had it weight at the disposal center😅.Man that thing pulls, but it does jump around,i could see it when he passed by in the beginning of the video, smart guy to go back to coilovers, get some BC racings, heard great things about them. And build or bought doesn't really matter as long as your passionate about your project, the owner clearly is and knows his stuff,he is involved in it or else you would keep the airride even if it would throw you off the road one day.Props for being so young and clear headed.👍 Ps great one again Jamie some top quality content, absolutely love this channel, props bro👍✌️👉
That is one of the most beautiful badboy TT’s I’ve seen! Jealous is an understatement. I’m 30 with the mk1 3.2 dsg and a mk4 r32 and I feel like I’m losing in life when it comes to stuff like this. FairPlay to the lad
Insurance seems crazy cheap given the mods, let alone his and and with a claim - something not right! Mega car, not a fan of the air suspension but the car is awesome
Why all the hate? I've just bought a pickup that's basically already built, I'll now have the pleasure of going through every nut and bolt and bringing back to a high standard. Thanks to the previous owner for spending all the money on it.
@@theoldoakvideos I've got a focus st3 mk3.5 and recently moved house nice quiet area in a town and to insure my car on the drive it was going to cost me £250 to change my address but to insure it parked on the street it was £180... they make it up as they go along bro
@@theoldoakvideos Insurance companies charge more nowadays for cars parked on drives or in garages. Most modern cars stolen are done via a break in for the keys, if the car is on your property they know exactly where to break in for the key. If parked on the street they don't.
Fair play to him not trying to take credit for the build Steve Fraser did on this. Nothing wrong with built not bought when it's the right car with everything you want!
Even standard they are epic, definitely re feature it once it has some decent coilovers on it for sure 👍 lovely lad and top owner too always helps! Great vid as always fella 👌😎
yeah why be jealous when you know nothing about him he could of come into the money or has worked hard for it either way it don't matter what a great car that's what this channel is all about. be envious not jealous.
You can really see the bounciness of the suspension. Amazing car. Built vs bought doesn’t really matter honestly. It’s all about what you want because it’s your car and your money.
Man I wish everyone thought like this. I’ve owned a ‘06-K20, ‘01-B18C1, ‘00-GT, and now a 2019 TT RS and I love my car and I don’t daily it. It’s crazy how people hate so hard and all I did was work to get here and not drive something people see everyday without breaking the bank. This was the perfect choice and now that it’s tuned with the downpipe it’s a monster these days!
I can't afford a sixth hand car, but all the comments hating this guy because he is young for that car... Cmon, just a boy with luck. We all would buy a car like that if we can.
When I was 20 all I could afford was a £100 battered Mk1 1100 Escort. I can't believe that he's on standard brakes with that power and then wanting more. I'm sure the air-ride can be adjusted. I hate turbo lag - best fit a hybrid. The best standard setup was the dual turbo on the Toyota Supra!
Dang people in comments section be hating big time! Look, some people are lucky to have wealthy parents, and some aren’t so lucky. I totally get how respect usually comes from hard work and dedication, and not from someone just giving you stuff, but regardless, this car is sick, hence the reason why all of you clicked on this video! Nice car kid! I’m jealous! Happy for you
Absolute monster of a TT! I'm a mk1 TT225 owner and like to keep it old skool but this video turned my head! Just wish I could afford a beast like it! Cheer's... keep up the excellent vids Jamie! ✊
what a joy watching this. absolutely well done. i seen others have similar times. really killed the leaderboard there and i slightly knew this when i first seen the car. proud moment.
