Insane that only 30 years ago Rwanda was deep In the horrors of war and genocide, and now they’re one of the most stable, clean and beautiful countries in Africa!
@@loriannrichardson7644 and a lust for power. He's removed all opposition and his human rights record is appalling. Rwanda is the opposite of a shining example
Rwanda is quickly becoming the Singapore of Africa, as they’ve finally figured out the key to economic prosperity. Success and all the best to my brothers 🇷🇼 🇷🇼
It’s also a surveillance state where members of the press are routinely disappeared and genuine political opposition is crushed. But yeah, clean streets FTW.
@@dieglhixSomalia is one of the most homogenous countries in the world. Same religion (Sunni Muslims), same race, same language and same culture. But unfortunately the Somali people are hardheaded and don't know how to reconcile or accept different opinions whether it's about the civil war or petty clanism/tribalism. Also, they got problems with corruption which has created religious extremists too so despite relative peace and the diaspora returning to improve the country, it lacks a strong, stable and ambitious leader to change the mindset of a whole country like Kagame in Rwanda.
It kills me that people have one perception of Africa dirty, high crime, poverty and fighting. Yes, that does exist just like in every country/ continent. However, Africa has over 1 billion people and the countries within Africa majority are clean, low poverty, and low crime. We just hear about the select few on the news that have all of those. Africa is beautiful and the people are wonderful.
@@SuperVladamere How is it mostly right? When all continents are always having wars isn't Europe fighting now? World war 1 and 2 were European wars disguised as world wars, poverty. 😂😂😂the crime rate in other continents just as bad.
You should learn how to phrase your thought better and to do research before having an opinion on a matter you clearly don't understand little man. Africa is still the most dirty, dangerous and poor continent in the world no matter what you think.
@@edith1705I am from Zambia, and I am ashamed to say it it very dirty always has been.... We are hit with cholera outbreaks regularly as a result. When I was growing up, we used to have armed robbers come to our home, we later discovered it was relatives robbing us because one of my uncles saw a beautiful rug that had been stolen at the home of a close relative and as a result I don't trust so called RELATIVES. My home is rigged with the best in cctv. Have you seen south Africa's crime rate, it is one of the worst in the world.... Rwanda is very unique. Namibia, botswana and most of Arab north Africa are clean with very low crime rates. As you know Muslim Arabs have no tolerance for crime. But I do agree with you about world war 1 and 2.. These were essentially European wais vouched as world war. Africans were not there when they started. I am always arguing with europeans I know that as far as I am concerned those 2 wars are European wars.... What a foolish lot of people. Even now they want to start another war with China and Russia..
@@kasikwagoma6740 you are right our cities are so dirty, though our villages are clean. and you come from Zambia one of the most peaceful countries in the world. There is fighting in many African countries but those countries are fewer in number than the peaceful countries, just like Europe or the Americas or even Asia that is why I don't believe in generalising being done about Africa saying they are always fighting because if we are to go by that logic no continent in the world is peaceful because every continent always has a few countries fighting at all times.
@@user-uf1dn2gc2o It's very dirty. I live in downtown but it wasn't so bad before the pandemic. Now the streets smell like fresh garbages and hot urine in the morning. There isn't a single one unvandalized wall or door in my district.
My wife is from Rubavu in the northwest of the country, and during the time I lived there we went to Kigali frequently. Rwanda will always be home to me.
I love Rwanda. I want to visit this country once in a lifetime.... Love from karnataka, India🇮🇳❤️🇷🇼 I love the nature and the coffee of Rwanda.. Feels like I'm in Chikmagalur when I see these hills in Rwanda
The city is cleaner than downtown Memphis and it is state law in barrlett TN has a warning sign for letting trash off out of the individuals population.
This is really inspiring. My family recycles the plastic bag from the market as trash bags. I hope the positive message in this video spreads all over the world. 🍀
@@anonymousdog7851 Burundi is going down hill, down hell. Rwanda is clean, safe, modern, internet everywhere, people actually respect the traffic rules, police is one of the best in africa almost no corruption. You wanna visit Africa and feel safe? RWANDA! (Also botswana and namibia are civilized)
@@lecyber-purgatoire9803 Please stay in your country. We don't need people like you coming to Africa and disrespecting us. "Botswana and Namibia are civilized". Your audacity
My area used to be like that , no rubbish , looked after our streets and gardens and used rubbish bins , but some didn't and it was usually kids , teens etc , rose gardens etc were destroyed , helmets have been mandatory for 40 years or more in UK and we now have schools and people who go out and lift the rubbish so it is wonderful to see the people in Rwanda take care of their areas , looks a great place to live 👍 ,

@@Elif.-7 yes, I dare to say move on because Rwanda's government has changed and is now strongly promoting an image of national unity. This isn't the Rwanda of the 90s, so yes, move on
Rwanda, his Excellency President Paul Kagame, and his administration are African pride and futures of African countries. Higher Power continues to protect, and bless his Excellency President Paul Kagame and the people of Rwanda.
Rwandans never gave up after the horrors they went through and now they're coming out on top! I love the perseverance and love seeing this country being able to grow and thrive
Rwanda is a beacon of hope for Africa. Just goes to show that people can make a significant difference but it requires everyone to help out. Hoping that most of the continent will follow in the footsteps of Rwanda one day 🙏
It's not the "rest of the world" that's largely at fault. I mean, who in their right mind doesn't want to live in a clean city?. You can properly place most of the fault at uncaring and self-centered corrupt public officials/bureaucrats who hold political office to chase after those ill-gotten gains, get enormously wealthy while doing little to nothing to make the communities they serve better places.
Rwanda is probably some of the best proof that even if their background is particularly rough, with enough effort and cooperation you can make something truly beautiful
Africa is a breathetaking continent, each city is different and amazingly wonderfull. The views, the nature, the colors and people are very nice. I love it!
Of course there is, Rwanda cannot have anyone other than Kagame as their leader, even if they want a change, and Rwanda's best face to the World still hides a very dark recent past that can't be easily forgotten, but to be honest, other African countries have to deal with similar or worse and very corrupt police and officials to boot, and dirty cities, so Rwanda has it better than its neighbours. The low corruption in Rwanda is *very* refreshing and rare in E Africa.
@@Muzakman37the thing is we are doing great with him as our leader, he has done great things to free the country and building it, he's keeping to give us what we need like schools, health care, infrastructures, roads, helping poor people with free cows and homes for those who live in slams, the economy is fast growing etc..., So we're good, democracy is people choosing who they want to lead and the majority still want him to lead.
