配方(Recipe)
150克水和150克菠菜 ,1/4茶勺小苏打搅打成汁,过滤掉渣(Blend 150 grams of spinach, 150 grams of water, and 1/4 tsp of baking soda. Strain the juice)
50克鸡蛋液(50 grams of egg)
160克菠菜汁(150 grams of juice)
1茶勺盐(1 tsp of salt)
500克高筋面粉(500 grams of bread flour)
重点:一般的面包机厨师机都活不了这么硬的面,只有philips自动面条机才能挤出来,如果面片比较软,做好的面条很快就会粘一块。飞利浦自动面条机和面过程中如果面成团了就说明还要加粉,要散散的面疙瘩才能顺利地挤出来。philips自动面条机挤出来的面条口感和kitchenaid反复压出来的面条的味道千差万别。如果对口感没要求,自动面条机适合快手族,吃过kitchenaid做的面条后自动面条机直接挤出来的就难以下咽了。切面条的时候一定用手扶稳面片不要歪了,不然瞬间会切断很多面条。要用玉米淀粉防粘。我一般压1000克面粉,几天吃完,如果很久不吃,一份一份包好冷冻,无需化冻水开后直接下锅里,筷子扒拉开就可以。
