This burden called modesty. Today I am deconstructing it modesty. Or at least my ideas of it. I say burden because it’s a lot to digest. Not just from a Christian perspective but also from a woman’s perspective.
Please do not take anything I say as me projecting my beliefs on you. I do believe that convictions especially of this nature are sometimes tailored by past experiences, present knowledge, etc. This video is not intended to teach, rather please view it as fellowship. This is my experience with modesty and my personal opinions.

The dressing so that your brother doesn’t fall, I struggled with that a lot. I too was like why control yourself then I was reading Romans again and the conviction that came upon me 😭😭😭

Hi sis..thankyou for handling the topic with grace..may the Lord bless and increase you for that..yes its very true to understand why you do what you do.plus yes the modesty is to do with loving thy neighbour.Its also sad to see howchristians are divided and cant support one another.people have an issue with a christian being modest and not other religions.I totally agree!as you said one should focus with their walk in Christ and they will understand more on what the Lord is saying as their hearts are convicted .Be blessed🥰
