While Quark is in the pack, yes, the mod that affects rock spawns is Terralith. That's why diorite is in cold biomes.

Please don't say completely wrong stuff. Quark USED to alter the generation of stone types, but doesn't anymore in versions >=1.18 Neither does Terralith, all they did is add new biomes under which are the different stone themed caves. Just like the vanilla feature where if you find surface Azalea trees, you'll find lush caves deeper down, Terralith adds surface stone indications which mark what kind of cave you'll find underneath. You can test it out by flying to the surface of a diorite, granite or andersite cave (finding them with natures compass for example), you'll find: patches, pillars or boulders of the before mentioned stone types respectively on the surface.

@@ssnshipz6278 And each rock type will be found according to biome temperature. Diorite in cold, granite in hot, and andesite in temperate. If you think you know better, just say the way you think it works, but there's no need for an arrogant response. Also, I never said that Quark is altering stone generation...I said the exact opposite.

@@ssnshipz6278 I edited to add that I never said that Quark was impacting rock spawning which I didn't. I have sources, namely my experience and that of others finding rocks in biomes as I listed. You can think what you want but most would say that being helpful, even if wrong is much better behavior than sarcasm and arrogance. Ciao.

@@cuencaguy9799 you* would say. Don't generalize pleas, another marker of bad discussion skill and semantic incompetence. In fact if you're claiming wrong information as valid, it adds a lot of communication overhead, counter productivity and regress in evolution. Even drawn further or viewed in a specific domain, it's actually the whole base of untrustworthy internet documentation. Wrong 'information' doesn't even generate new insights, only failure, opportunities and threaths do.

Loved your video. Augments are added to the vault crystal in the anvil. The one you have makes sure the vault is a cave theme. Great for when you are looking for certain mobs in the bounty table 😊

Yeah. Took me a long time to figure that out. Kind of like the way Quark does the stone generation better to be honest. 😂

I believe Quark actually changed the way its worlds generate stone types. Under normal circumstances, a Quark world in 1.18 will generate diorite, granite, and andesite just like a vanilla world. Of course, this modpack uses Terralith for its world generation, but still...

Something to watch while I play HC Vault Hunters, it can be very stressful especially in dessert themes, creepers. Have only died once though and that was in the overworld, cliffs be damned, also have you ever thought about doing MP? I had an idea of doing an 4 (or more) person Sky Vault, to me that would be a lot of fun, also chaotic. Update 9 is peak Vault Hunters.

I get that. Lol I need to setup my hot keys better to sort the chests and such. However, I also don't want to go too fast or the edit will look funny and too fast. Lol it's a struggle. 🤣
