Can't believe how much content we've been getting lately, so grateful for it

Three hours of decked out. 40 minutes in the secret life. 30 minutes in vault hunters... So much Ethoslab all in one week! I love it! Thank you :)

Hearing Etho say "minecraft is my favourite game" makes me so happy. After all these years, he still loves the game enough to call it his favourite. I never doubted that he still enjoyed the game, but even youtubers who still enjoy minecraft rarely call it their favourite. Inevitably it get tiring after a while to most. So I'm glad Etho still enjoys it so much.

Ergo is back in his 4-to-6-different-series-at-the-same-time phase and I’m here for it.

i love that Etho makes his base in the jungle in EVERY new series, the green grass is simply so important, its lovely

Another couple of tips... - Rather than manually pressing the sort container button, you can press the scroll wheel button instead - When you dash, the distance you go is determined partially by your current momentum, so if you jump and then dash, you go further - You can unlock stonefall as a skill for basically a water-bucket-clutch alternative (Although level one only negates half your damage, so it is better to unlock to level two) - Baby slimes don't do any damage, so killing them generally does more harm than good as you get poisoned as they die - You can apply jewels to your tool with just a regular anvil also - You can use dash to power your elytra flight instead of rockets - The village room (where you found the potatoes and carrots) has a house with a trapdoor that leads down to good chests - Also yes, the abilities in the second tab are active abilities, the ones in the third tab are passive abilities

I hope Etho reminds VintageBeef every 5 minutes throughout the series that there's vein miner in the pack... Team Canada flies again.

Etho when you open a loot chest you can press the scroll wheel button to automatically sort the items in the chest. Then you don't have to hover over that thing to click it every time

Etho finding ornate chests: Oh cool this stuff is kinda neat Etho finding carrots and potatoes: OMG YES I needed this! This is amazing!

I love how Etho gets hyper focused on a type of game and when he can’t play said game, he finds other games that are close to the game he wants to play. Plus we need more random facts. Thanks for being Etho, Etho.

I CANNOT stop playing this mod. It's exactly what I've been looking for and I didn't even know it. I'm SO excited to see more of Etho playing it. I hadn't even gotten it until like a day after this video came out but I'm already addicted. It's SO MUCH fun

I love how Etho just casually dodges two arrows in the beginning while giving an intro.. lol truly a professional

I really recommend reading through all the info for your quests. You can even go to very bottom of the page to reread old ones you’ve completed. Those tasks explain all that you need to know about the game 😊

As you've now got five concurrent series to be worrying about, I think we can call this the beginning of another Etho golden era.

I would recommend binding a key to sort inventory, so every time you open a chest you click that keyband and they all sort instantly. Also, it's great to see the King of Decked Out (and other Hermits) joining a VH SMP!!

Etho i think the best first mod for you to unlock is the pouch mod it helps you become faster in looting vault bcs u dont need to stop to clean ur inventory u can set the pouch to pickup certain item so u can ignore the less important thing😊love your content and pls make more in the future❤❤❤

I have literally been known to suddenly dart out of the room and out of the house at a full sprint without saying a word to any of my family/friends just because I heard an ice cream truck coming down the street. I am in my mid-30s. I now truly feel seen.

The best advice you'll ever get just starting VH is **follow the quest line**, it is super helpful and it explains pretty much everything in the modpack!

welcome to VH, Etho! we've been expecting you >:3 as a seasoned hunter, here's all of my early game tips: - FOLLOW THE QUESTLINE! it'll help you so much, and the rewards are really good! you'll get skill points, crystals, pouches (which pick up items automatically) and so much more! - craft a vial! i recommend either slaughterer or pacifist. all info is in the quest for vials! - keep kiwis on your hotbar. it could save your life lol - you can save on gunpowder and paper by using dash with an elytra! it's so good. investing in dash is key for moving quickly - organizing shulkers by loot type is excellent, especially ornate and gilded chests cause they drop unstackable items - have fun :>>

I hope this continues not just for the content but for the entertainment Etho is having in creating and playing these series. It’s also great to see Wels back with the crew. Welcome back!

I've been waiting for this moment for years. can't believe etho is finally trying vault hunters

Some strats for you and so good to see you starting this series! > bind a key to chest sorting so you can loot faster. > wooden chests you can axe and immediately get all contents, wooden affinity jewel makes the axe run it faster. > enchanting unbreaking3 on all gear. Repairing vault gear is expensive.

Etho, a couple tips for you... 1. Ride or die by the quest book, bc that gives you a good sense of direction especially early on, I suggest completing as many as you can before you run your next vault, there's a lot of things you can do with it. 2. Add more keybinds! The quest book and sorting chests both have keybinds, so say you bind your chest sorter to the backslash key, you can open the chest, hit the backslash and it will autosort for you! 3. Jump/activate elytra when dashing, it will act as a rocket and works in the air too! In the vaults when you use a chestplate, jumping forward and dashing at the same time gives you a great distance boost Hope these tips help, looking forward to seeing you playing the modpack more!

wow you've really been a busy bee with creating so many videos for us, including two new series!! this was so much fun to watch, this mod-pack is full of so many fun possibilities and the fact that a bunch of hermits are playing it together is so exciting. really, thank you for the hard work you put into getting all these videos out! i've been having the best time watching it all :) i feel very spoiled.

Oh man! not something I expected but a welcome one. As someone who played my fair share of vault hunters a while back, here's some tip and info without spoiling anything. 1. Definitely look into setting a hotkey for the autosort for chests, would help you loot faster 2. Look into backpacks, while shulkers are nice, backpacks are much better with autopickups and filters 3. The relics piece you got are a different thing from what Iskall mentioned at the start which are Artifacts. 4. Definitely try to focus on clearing the tutorials for the earlier parts, they really help you to understand how to do certain things such as tool crafting 5. Definitely play co-op with hermits early on. Unfortunately, as you get more powerful and faster at looting, playing co-op is just heading in different directions in the same vault for efficiency reasons. At that point, the only reason to co-op is to save crystals while in vaults gameplay is pretty much solo. 6. There is a spreadsheet that contains all the chance of rooms / items etc... It's very detailed and is likely something you would want to reference in the future when you learn more about the game. Might not want to look into it yet to keep the experience fresh for yourself. 7. The other modifier you couldn't see is one that ensure you don't lose your inventory upon dying in a vault. I believe you lose this bonues at level 20. 8. The difficulty in a vault can be a little random, such as you needing to find 3 monoliths instead of 2, but is not a difficulty spike. 9. There are difficulty spikes at certain levels. In case you wonder why the vault becomes way harder. Thanks for the video, hope you enjoy vault hunters.

Great idea to have lots of Hermits playing rogue-lite Minecraft together - feels very like Decked Out but bigger!

Etho you don’t need to complete the Vault objective to leave, you can leave by the portal at any point, but if you don’t complete the objective you don’t get the crate, and if you die you lose all your stuff

Love the new series! I'm as lost as you are as I've never even heard of vault hunters so its great to tag along with you on this adventure!

Secret Life + Vault Hunters, We eating good. BTW, seasoned Vault Hunter here, ill write a few tips if anyone wanna read em 1- You can bind a button to sort container on the key binds and shift+drag everything into the inventory, usefull until u get a chest breaker 2- You don't have to kill small slimes, the reward of a few soul shards isn't worth the loss of HP, and Poison can kill you on VH, on vanilla it leaves u on 1 hp 3- Follow the quests, they give super useful rewards and teach u the mechanics of the pack. 4- The village room u found has a dark secret (full of loot) underground, find the entrance and don't get lost.

Hey etho! I’m so freaking excited you’re playing this. I started watching iskall work on this for over a year and immediately knew you’d love this pack. Here’s a couple of QoL tips that might interest you: You can hot key “sort selected inventory” so that when you can sort the chest when you open it! You can use dash to fly with the elytra instead of rockets. You can also just use an anvil to apply jewels! You don’t necessarily need the jewel applicator right away. Also the village room you got has a basement with sweet loot inside but scary mobs. The rest you’ll figure out soon enough! Best of luck! Can’t wait to watch more of it!!
