The Shriners hospital fixed my spine... but I am against there being a higher society that’s above us.. we did in fact NEVER receive a bill, and on top of that I have never been so well take care of in such a beautiful facility. Very clean, great surgeons, good work, and at the end watch this video gives me such an Erie feeling about them all.
Once I was in King Arthur's Court donating blood to the Redcross. I was midway reading through a book about synchronicity when it mentioned the legend of King Arthur. Then I realized, I was giving blood in a room full of Holy Grail symbology. It was surreal!
ULC has another club sandwiched onto it's building, some kind of engineeers private club. Long gone but the ULC uses it for storage. It's like it's frozen in 1970 and had really cool bar. At least that's what I saw 25 years ago when I worked there.

One of my cousins is a Medinah Shriner in Addison, and I must say it's a lot of work. You have to go to parades, and drive a magic carpet, or be a clown or whatever, to entertain the kids. I'm assuming that if he's a shriner then, he's a Mason? Prohibition is a good cause to "hide from society," but not if the "gentleman" wanted to have some girls from Playboy or Hooters.
