If you guys end up adding spears, please please PLEASE allow us to stab the robots all the way through. Way too many games give you spears but then don't let you do that, and it's always a letdown.
I downloaded this and played it as soon as you said something about it, and i got to the room at 8:38 and went running towards the lever and i screamed "He has a gun, I repeat he has a gun."
Reminds me of stride fates combat, underrated in my opinion, could legit sneak up and punch them in the knee, make them kneel then slam their head into a fence and headbutt them.
Spotted this on Steam earlier today, and now I have to try it. Fingers crossed they drop a proper beta soon, playtests are cool, but give me a real beta with regular updates and I'm all in!
Hi DC! im A UE5 Game dev and Ill give you the reason why I think that there is way more unity VR games then UE. There is a bunch of VR game tutorials/Documentation to get you started on unity while unreal is stale... so on UE you kind of have to make everything yourself thats a short and sweet reason for ya lol UEVR game dev is pain
Spent some time in this the first day. Really good looking game. some bugs and jankyness, but it's still very early. The developers have been making this game for a couple years now so I have no doubt they will take the time to iron out any issues
One thing I really like seeing in VR games is actually good-looking hands. Blade and Sorcery has really ugly hands unless you use those T3 gloves with the finger openings. Dont get me started with Skyrim VR (even with VRIK.) It's just satisfying to have smooth hand movement and a good model + texture.

I tried to scan the QR code at 14:00 and sadly it didn't work. Besides what I noticed is that the hearts, gloves and the epi pen are all really similar to the ones from Half life Alyx, but I guess it is still just a playtest so- Overall, it seems really fun!

Yup. I have been waiting for so long for this game to come out. I think it was actually originally planned to be released a couple years ago. But thank goodness the developers are taking their time to do it right.
nah i went ahead and played the game before having finished the video, and i was near the end and i said "are those bees?" and then while recording they started coming towards me and i straight up said "huh. guess i gotta speed run." but i was sitting there waiting so it could be last second and the bees one tapped me XD
Hey love the videos! Not related, but you should look into Attack on Titan VR: Fangame by Slavka! Another game with a pretty small development team, but a super fun and addicting movement system. Its still in development and sort of in an early-access state, but its got so much going for it. Very faithful to the show
personaly i dont think graphics matter that much but bad graphics make the game pretty bad fairly ok or decent graphics is all it need so im glad its an unreal game
I tried it, and I honestly can't reccomend it in it's current state, it's just too buggy and for the 12 gbs your looking at 30 to 40 minutes of playtime. It's just too buggy and there's not enough content. That being said it's still free so you're welcome to try it.
Idk about Future Blade & Sorcery, but this seems more like Sequel to Robo Recall kind of thing. This being more like Robo Recall is actually really nostalgic for my own first times playing VR and having the Magic Feeling again like I used to get. Something I do wish a game will do again is an extreme level of Cutting Physics like "Combat Tested " had done before. The enemies being Robots is fine with me as I would probably prefer going ham on a Mechanical being over seeing blood with Zendatsu Level Cutting. Funny thing is, both Robo Recall and Combat Tested were Tech Demos in a way with neat features that were far too short lived due to the game being a Tech Demo. Someone, even the ones who made this game, consider the big level of Cutting as a possible thing. Maybe a weapon specializes in it, maybe multiple cutting weapons cuts in different ways, as long as I get to make shreds on shreds of metal shavings on the floor.
