Sex is just another thing two people do together-like with any activity, it's totally natural to sometimes be reminded of other people in your life. Hell, you can be reminded of them in other ways besides names: maybe your wife has a similar smile to your sister, or shit like that. To demand 100% concentration on the person you're with during all moments of sex is unreasonable. If a thought like that came into my head I'd just shrug it off; it's really not a big deal.
