Toxtricity is an unusually powerful and popular Pokemon, often remarked as the Lucario of Galar, like how Zoroark is of Unova. Poison Electric is a niche type as it ruins Grass, Fairy, Water, and Flying while being weak to Psychic and deathly afraid of Ground. It is also fairly average in terms of stats, so why is it so powerful? It is due to its sound movesets and ability Punk Rock, making for a potent special attacker. Heck, its even okay as a physical attacker thanks to Shift Gear. You really couldnt design a more fair Pokemon.
