In this Europa Universalis IV [EU4] Campaign, I go for the "I don't like sand" achievement where I must have the most development of any country while only having desert provinces. I start and play as the Mamluks in what becomes an excelent campaign despite my lack of any decent provinces! Anakin Skywalker would be proud of this most painful of achievements. Currently the "I don't like sand" is the rarest achievement in the game, so please use this as a psuedo guide if you want to complete the achievement for yourself, as I do believe that the steps I took in this campaign is the optimal way to get the achievement.
