The famous yogurt cake that drives the whole world crazy! From my Swiss friend!

❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
Ingredients
🍰Dough:
300 g (3 2/3 cups / 10.5 oz) rolled oats, grind
2 apples, diced
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 fl oz) water
Make applesauce
Mix ground grains and applesauce
2 eggs
Mix well
Let the mixture stand in a warm place for 5-6 minutes so that the oatmeal swells
Baking pan 20 cm / 8 inches
🍎 Filling:
100 g (7 tbsp / 3.5 oz) raisins
soak in hot water
100 g (8 tbsp / 3.5 oz) walnuts, chopped
2 apples, diced
40 g (2 heaped tbsp / 1.4 oz) sugar
5 g (1 tbsp / 0.2 oz) cornstarch
Juice of 1/2 lemon
First toast the nuts a little and then add the apple and raisin mixture
🍦 Cream:
500 g (2 1/2 cups / 1 pound) Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
30 g (2 heaped tbsp / 1 oz) cornstarch
3 egg whites
a pinch of salt
130 g (2/3 cup / 4.5 oz) sugar
Assemble the cake like in the video
Almond flakes for decoration
Place in the preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F and bake for 45 minutes
Then check every 10 minutes until the top of the cake rises evenly
Powdered sugar (optional)
Can be served warm or chilled
