That is probably the best calenderia I have ever seen with a whole lot and so much variety of Filipino food. I was just wondering the amount of work to make these everyday. Amazing!!! The best calenderia goes to Dinahs indeed👍🏼
Yes, i've tried a few times before the COVID restrictions - the carinderia of Lola Dina... They even proud to say that you Kulas loves to dine or buy there "ulam"... but i'm gonna tell you the sinuglaw & sisig is one of the best and even lola offered me their special sauce... also, what's making it good is that all of their ulam taste yummy (depends on your preference) with free sabaw 😁 Lola Dinah is really nice and approachable walang halong echosss... ❤
wow! plenty of food to choose. watching your video about this karinderyas, make me reminisce those days when i was a cook in a canteen in makati and mandaluyong. waking up 4:00 o'clock AM, chopping, peeling, marinating, and working double time just to cook something for breakfast for the early diners. having only coffee and pan de sal for breakfast. while cooking food for lunchtime. after that, take a power nap, and then starts to cook again for merienda. i love to cook the korean beef stew, pork asado and my favorite pata tim. and my snack is boiled mongo with a little bit sugar. mao na diha...

Ohhhh... Bicol Express is sooo good! (spicey) That is a great Calenderia! so much to choose from. Here in San Juan, if you want a good one: Kabagis or in Urbitztondo area.. Nak Nak. Both family run and owned. Great food for great prices. I'll have to try that Red rice. Never tried it here. Good to see you eating healthy and getting out more. Looks like NCR is now going to be on GCQ. Hopefully most all of the other area will be MGCQ or well just the new norm! Cheers, Mark in San Juan

One thing I’ve learned her in UK, when I decided to do catering as part time work (on weekend) I have to get a permit from the Council and attending seminar regarding Health and Safety and Insurance is a must to have in case of food poisoning and my kitchen is constantly inspected by the council (un announced) lovely foods, I must say ...but unfortunately most of those is not advisable for me to eat..less protein and less potassium (strictly for me)
