This Foreman Makes $88 Per Hour 

He makes that much an hour just for that project, that project is for the city, meaning it's federal, so he gets paid "PREVAILING WAGE ". If the client wasn't a city and it was a private clien, he would get paid his regular foreman wage, which I would guess is around 55 an hour

Being it's california, it doesn't surprise me he makes that much per hour

i'm surprised he is so forthcoming with those details. Most guys are so coy when it comes to the money they make.
