@@dakhinkholahaowa4712 As I said before in one of my comments, do post some proof if some of these properties that you show in these videos, specifically the ones that are 1.6 CR+ gets sold anywhere near it's asking price by you guys in a place like Kolkata, anywhere in Kolkata really, from alipore to kidderpore, bhawanipur to kasba to Ballygunge, from park Street to Central, doesn't really matter, anywhere in Kolkata. I don't know whatever third party aggregator or brokerage business you guys have. But I don't need to crack jokes seperately when most of the property prices in most of your videos are bigger jokes in themselves 💀.

These channel/brokers almost always quote fake numbers to reel in the very few gullible people that try to get an idea of Kolkata's real estate rates online, instead of actually going out of their houses in order to witness the reality. So no point in bickering with them really.

Yes, and a terrible+unreliable one at that. They post the same sort of residential properties that are already listed at one price point, jack up the prices by a few times, and post it again. Better look through options offline.
