This Galactic Challenge is awful. 0/10 do not recommend.

I dunno if this is a hot take or not, but gungans are the worst thing to happen to this game since... ever

I spent an hour and a half with r8 SLKR and well-modded FO, just trying to beat the g13 version of JML for the complete battle points for Crate 6. The one with 1 omi, 1 omega, and some mod mats. I used QGJ zeta lead, with JKR, GK, GMY, and JKA to get the evade feat on the tier before g13. Got 78 total points after two hours. I tried quitting and retrying SO many times to not start with SLKR and everyone else getting Ability Blocked, took HOURS, and the rare times I didn't get ability blocked, I had to play perfect and get good RNG to win. This was WAY too hard. Not fun at all. I'm a grown woman, yet I nearly threw my phone like a child, it got me so upset.

Soon as SEE and Bane couldn't 2 man a low relic JML, I walked away and waited for this video instead. 🙃 Truly doing the lord's work.

What annoys me the most is the obscene difficulty even for lower tiers. So you do tier6 with your relic units, but get stomped on at tier7. Since I stopped playing years ago and just came back recently: was there a time when Galactic Challenges were actually fun and no p.i.t.a and not just checks if you spent enough money for the most recent units GC released?

Why are they running an event where only 834 total players can even complete it? It’s not even a money grab because we can’t get him if we wanted to right now

I tried using my Jabba because I don’t have reva or gungans and I could almost never get a turn where I wasn’t ability blocked or hadn’t had my cooldowns increased and I just kept getting wrecked. And I have a very well modded jabba team.

I'm not going to be popular for this, but I seldom whale out on characters, but decided to for Gungans (a 330 shard drop early in my Boomadier unlock helped a lot), and I've feel quite rewarded for the investment. Great Squad. Jar Jar was a decently fun but challenging unlock experience, and all the GCs and the Raid are paying dividends. I haven't felt the investment on many other things in game has ever been as worth while as it was for Gungans. And CG have made it relatively accessible to get them. Just wish I had put an Omi on Boomer . . .

It really sucks that they've now locked one of the few ways to consistently get Omi mats behind, not just a GL but specific GLs. Have a SLKR, but I'm not gonna bother. For all the good things they've done recently for new players and F2P, they really just said FU with this.

well done cg! i am 100% ok if they don't want me to play their game.

at first it was bad, but JML, JKL, Revan, Hoda, and Yoda were able to get all the feats done too, and my Yoda is gear 12 so not that bad..

I have decided that any Challenge that involves Gungans in any capacity is a Challenge that I will not be accepting. CG can take these buggers and cram them up their thermal exhaust port. I never really noticed before, but doesn't Nass look like Rygell from Farscape?

Great 3 teams I don't have. I have inquisitors but without reva. Don't have jabba are gungans. Guess I'll have to settle for tier 6 with non reva inquisitors and call it a day.

horrible, just horrible I could not get my Inquisition to work In the end, I went with JML lead, GMY, JKCal, Revan, Jolee try and keep JML ability blocked as much as possible direct focus Revan first of all -- use JKCal's protection move, you don't really care about hitting the insta kill so much as not dying that got the evasion and nobody dead but not in one battle bleurgh

Yeah, I used Reva led inquisitors to get almost all… can’t do the Gungan one, not farming the m… just hope they’re not required for GL Asoka lol

huhu I also made it with GL Leia I used Chw&C3PO and Chw, R2D2, and Droggan it is important that Leia doesn't get a block at the beginning then you only have to survive until she has her ulti then mostly Revan and Yoda die and with you all live with full life and protection again. Hope this could help others if they do not have the teams from your video but the Leia :)

Frustration is high, I spent the cron of the gungan GC omicron instead of MQGs for TW. My JML squad got wrecked, Jabba got wrecked and Reva is not getting the dodges at tier 10.

This is the first time in a long time that I'm getting less than a T8 crate. My best team is SLKR and he can't do anything above the R0 tier.

I can only ever manage 4th or 5th crate anyways.

Ok I was fine with the first one…then the second one…raised an eyebrow on the third one…but this Gungan challenge crap needs to stop. For crying out loud give us the JarJar event so that people who could not/would not whale on JarJar for the initial can actually attempt these challenges.

what's funny is that I just unlocked Reva, gave her her zetas, but I didn't have the Kyros for her (I just unlocked JMLS) so she's just at G10 almost got it other than that I don't have neither Jabba or SEE just Bane every combo of Bane just results in a finish battle the other sith always dies or the man himself I almost made it work once but Reva is just too low geared right now I don't think I'll have enough kyros before the event ends sad my only source of Omis and mod mats

wow. i must be slacking hard or something. No gungans, no reva, no jabba, no see, no bane... i really dont think its possible for me to do this GC. AT ALL. Leia JMK and JML all get smoked, dont even want to bother trying rey or kylo.

Worst thing ive encountered in this game after 6 years of playing. A truly dreadful GC.

This tactic confuses me from CG’s standpoint. Nothing about the overpowered nonsense of these horribly unbalanced Galactic challenges makes me at all inspired to spend money to get gungans. In fact pushes me away from even playing the game at all. This isn’t the type of grind or ptw push that lures people into a trance of spending money, and because of how obvious they are about it ends up having a reverse effect. I felt like last year CG was very communicative with the playerbase and had been working hard to build that, even going into this year it felt good with the strong relationship that had been being put in place. But I feel like the last couple of months they have completely erased it all with the lazy bugs that have festered through multiple rotations of GAC and different events, the crazy power creep of the gungans, the new PTW crons for POW (and soon to be NightTrooper), and the lack of communication in general has been very discouraging to me.

We wont mention how the global ability is a complete crap shoot since Boss nass doesnt do damage (unless you count true damage from his zeta) so all you are really doing is getting bonus turns at the cost of your team for no benefit. I understand "challenges", this is just complete crap that the people who put this together thought it was a good idea. Must be nice to work at a place where you can suck so bad and still remain employed. Makes me want to take up programming again.

Agree that this challenge is awful. My SEE normally lays waste to just about any JML. This one is god-like and I’ve given up. These challenges have gotten out of hand with the modifiers and beefed up stats. I’m not going to play these. I refused to play the last Gungan one too. What’s the point if I can’t even get one omicron.
