Learning how to gain weight fast if you're skinny is hard. For some people, weight gain is as painful as weight loss for others so I made this video specifically for most of us that struggle in gaining weight.
If you're skinny and looking for exercises on how to gain weight or how to get big fast this weight gain workout at home can definitely help you.
Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.
Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!

I'm so tired of hearing people say "ohh you're too skinny" , "you should eat more" , " Are you still a kid?" And these comments coming from people i love. I feel insecure about my body . It's like i'm trapped in a 12 year body . I've been struggling with gaining weight and i eat right i'm also moderately active. I hope this workout turns out to be the winner for me . I really want to gain weight.

Been doing this exercise since 6th June, I didn't weight myself everyday though. Day 1: 42.6kg Day 14: 42.9kg (so yeah a small increase but I also blame myself for continuing the habit of keeping myself hungry) Day 15: 43.3kg Day 17: 43.6kg Day 18: 43.3kg Day 19: 44.0kg Day 20: 44.2kg Day 26: 43.7kg (I haven't been working out because I had pain in my left arm prior to getting vaccinated. I also ate a little less). Day 27: 43.7kg Day 28: 44.0kg Day 29: 43.9kg Day 30: 44.0kg Day 31: 43.8kg Day 32: 43.8kg Day 33: 44.1kg Day 34: 44.2kg Day 36: 44.3kg Day 37: 44.3kg Day 38: 44.6kg Day 40: 45.4kg Day 41: 45.2kg Day 42: 44.7kg Day 43: 44.9kg Day 44: 45.0kg Day 45: 45.2kg Day 46: 45.1kg Day 47: 45.0kg Day 48: 45.0kg Day 49: 44.9kg Day 50: 44.9kg Day 52: 45.0kg Day 60: 45.2kg Day 61: 45.3kg Day 65: 46.0kg (officially not underweight anymore) Day 66: 45.5kg Day 68: 45.7kg Day 69: 45.8kg Day 71: 46.3kg Day 72: 46.2kg Day 76: 46.4kg Day 78: 46.5kg Day 79: 46.3kg Day 82: 46.4kg My advice is to also eat more calories than you do. Slowly reach the target of eating 2,000 calories a day. EDIT: By Halloween or Christmas (preferably halloween), I hope to reach 50kg. I'm only 5'2 but I want to be physically and will try to bulk up a little with the use of dumbbells. EDIT 2: I have bought dumbbells and I hope to start using them on Day 84. EDIT 3: I have started using dumbbells on Day 84 but I'm doing more of basic workout exercise FIRST with them so I won't be updating until I'm ready to use them for this workout on the video but thank you everyone for liking my comment and taking the time to look at it. I'll get back when I'm ready incorporate this intense workout with my dumbbells. (I'm starting with 3kg dumbbells). EDIT 4: August 16th, 2022. I forgot about this comment lmaooo. I'm around 50kg and I'm no longer focused so much on my weight. I started Muay Thai in May 2022 and I'm going to the gym now in which I started a month ago. Deadlifting 20kg and bench press 5kg. Keep eating well and getting fit. The dedication actually helped me to love fitness and martial arts.

I have been doing this for 2 weeks daily, along with having 5 meals each day. I've gained 3kgs in just 2 weeks. For the first time in my life I feel like I'm making progress. And I can't get enough of her voiceover. So uplifting, so positive, makes me feel great mind and body. Thank you so much!❤

ONES WHO STRUGGLES! Im doing this for 10 days. First few days were super hard and painful. But didnt give up and kept doing it. And now it has started to feel a piece of cake, just in 10 days... Dont give up! I hope we all get thicker soon!!

@@dc8833 i dont know if i gained some weight, but my body doesnt hurt anymore and after i complete daily exercises, i dont feel very tired as the beginning. So i could also added some extra leg exercises 5 days ago and it burnt my legs at the beginning too, but it also feels ok now. After i complete my daily exercises i try to dance for some minutes to move my muscles, like easy warm-ups after exercises too and streches. I dont just go and lay down right after the exercises. Im not a master at sports, i dont know i do right, but this is what i do. But im sure when your muscles get stronger, you will feel better at exercises. (Im doing this almost 2 weeks btw)

@@iriskoomi2857 i used to eat a lot but my mom started like stopping me from eating like that bc it wasn’t “lady like” so i went from eating a lot (still skinny) to eating once a day to not at all i jus started eating again but she still doesn’t want me to bc i’ma get fat and regret it :) but advice would be grateful😩 Please

I highly recommend to do this exercise! I was nervous at first and I weight like 79 pounds and then I did this exercise and I felt a bit stronger and my bones that show slowly disappeared and I felt like more meat was coming out on my stomic in the right places!

I will track my progress here! I am 170 cm (5‘7‘‘) tall and I'll do this workout ca. 5 times a week! week 1: weight: 47.5 kg week 2: weight: 48.3 kg! week 3: weight: still 48.3 kg (I got a little inconsistent but I am trying to be more consistent next week!!) week 4: weight: 48.5 kg!

I started today working out hope this will help me Day1: 52,5kg Day2: 52,8kg Day4: 52,8kg Day6: 53kg Day7: 53kg Day8: 53,1kg ( just a tip which i discovered you have to eat like 100g of protein everyday to have better results ) Day9: 53kg (rest day) ( i will edit this everyday to see the improvement, my goal is to reach 58kg ! Keep going )

I started this workout a few months ago when I was 35kg, and now I am 38kg. The routine totally focusses on the right areas and makes you feel so much more fresher and stronger. Even though my weight gain is not significant physically, I definitely feel much healthier now and I can see my body getting there. NOTE: Make sure you EAT more than you burn for weight gain!

I'm 5'0 and very skinny I weigh 38kgs. I eat A LOT and yet I dont gain weight and stay in that weight for the longest time. I started this workout last October 25 2022 and I finally noticed some changes in me, I feel heavy and some of my small clothes fit perfectly with me now. When I weighed myself on December 12, 2022, I was nervous I could be wrong and my daily workout would fail but thank God! I weighed 41.85kgs! I was so effin happy I progressed. Up to this day I still do this workout and will weigh myself in Feb or last week in Jan. Also I've been drinking milk before going to sleep. Good luck to everybody who will try and do this workout! Highly recommended, do these exercises in a consistent way never forget to do these exercises and also never skip your meals, you're going to get the results in just 10-15 days but don't stop start continuing everybody will notice after 1-2 months , it takes time so celebrate your lil achievements and you'll see big difference from 3rd month. @@saumyapal6442 if you'll use your body weight you'll gain around 2kgs if you're too skinny I would suggest you to use your body weight and after 3 months you can use the dumbbell or other equipments . Don't forget to take your meals on time , eat 4-5 times a day.

I had been doing this workout on and off because I wasnt sure if it worked or not but I started doing it consistently about 4 days ago. I did it once a day (with breaks) very important! And I see a change in my butt and my upper thighs! Dont give up bbys! I will update in about a week so please remind me!! Edit: Hey this is my update. I recently sprained my ankle but before I did I noticed some amazing results. Now that my ankle is better I have been doing this for 2 days and not a ton of results yet but im going to keep going!! This 15 min video literally made me see good changes in my body. So thankyou to you for this. Guys keep hustling its not gonna happen on day 1, it will take time but its really worth. Take good diet, eat whatever your taste buds love and ofcourse ignore those negative comments everybody makes on our body. @@san___... I don't know if it is scientifically proven or not but my body reacts this way only. The more I exercise, the more energy I lose & I feel more hungry. My appetite definitely increased after I started working out, be it any exercise combination. But if you already have a good appetite then you may not see an increase.

Gonna start from tomorrow for 1 month . Current weight:- 35kg Age :-16 ( basically severely underweight 😭😔) Good diet ( specially protein & carbs ) are the key + hydration (7-8 glasses of water)+ sleep + being happy is the key no matter how much you try if you're not happy from inside it will go in vain everyone have issues how we deal with them matters the most still anyone watching it you've got this 🎉❤❤

Started to workout on 3.11.2021. with a pause for Christmas and New Year. Since November I gained 4 kg. My weight was 47 kg. Now I have 51 kg. 💪 I do this exercises 5 times a week. I eat a lot of meet, eggs ( so a lot of proteins). Also I use an App to watch how many Calories do I eat each day. So all you need is a bit of motivation and you can do it. It's not impossible. 😁

Ok guys I’m gonna start this please like so I can be reminded. Starting weight 45kg Goal: 50kg Day 1: Done this workout for today eaten more calories and drank much more of water 44.4kg (7stones) Day 2: 43.8kg maybe I didn’t weigh myself properly yesterday. Day 3: 43.8kg Day 4: 45.087kg !!

Since, i was a kid i was very skinny. I used to get hurt by people's words very often which made me kinda depressed. When i was in 5 th class my class teacher used always comment on my weight, even once she indirectly called me malnutrition in front of whole class. Just, thinking about that hurts my feelings so much, atleast a teacher shouldn't bodyshame the students. Due to this my school experience was not so pleasant. I hope everybody gains weight and feel confident in their own body to fight against such people in society.

Well it's been 15 days since i have been doing this, notice few changes like toneness on lower body & proper posture while doing pushups. Though it's hurt initially however now it's piece of cake for me... Sure going to continue

Day 1 ✅ 😁 Day 2 ✅😁 Day 3 ✅😁 Day 4 ✅😁 honest I say Changes have come in my body after this exercise, 😃 thank you so much mam for this exercise 😄 Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ I skipped this exercise 2 days 😐 I will start this exercise again , today i checked my weight ,my weight increased 1 kg I am so happy 😄 If I do this exercise for 1 month, my weight will increase quickly. 😄 Day 7 ✅

I've been consuming more calories daily since July and I can already tell a difference. I'm gonna start this workout, cause I've been having sleep problems so I think that it will help me with that too. I'll come back in November or December 2021!
