Hey man. I am currently having issues with recovery so i cut down a day of training from 6 days to 5 days. . So let’s say my legs would take 6 days to recover normally (it’s actually true lol) . But if i used this stuff would it be 5 days give or take ?
Yes that’s the idea. First off your prolonged soreness means you pushed yourself in the gym so congratulations on that. Secondly, if you’re still sore past 72 hours you need to increase your protein. I recommend drinking EAAs and the Cyclic dextrin during your workout. How much protein are you currently eating?
