This Horror Came OUT OF NOWHERE and Its INCREDIBLE!

As a game developer the mechanics, the interface , the models, story, sounds, etc. Damn, whoever made this game really put a lot of effort and very talented as well!

As someone who struggled with alcohol and hasn’t drank in over three years I feel for this, and anyone still struggling. It’s the worst of the worst feelings that it can bring on. Hopefully others can get over the viscous cycle that it can become.

The scene towards the end, pushing through the forest towards the entity surrounded by all the floating people - That scene is one of the most remarkably impressive visuals I've ever seen in any form of media. The lighting and contrast - the way all of the figures slowly came into perspective - the howling winds tearing the forest around you apart. Truly one of the coolest animations I've ever seen.

Now that was a trip O.O I loved the whole Gas station bit, the not knowing and slow uncovering of bits and pieces

I don't normally like horror games because they're normally nothing but stupid jump scares and load noises constantly but this one was actually very good at creating tension which is needed in a horror game.

Already saw this with IGP sadly but I’m excited to watch it in Fooster’s style and editing. Awesome!!

If you DID have an RV Fooster there are a number of ghost tours you could attend. There's one that stretches across Canada. Full immersion horror for the channel. Currently living in a trailer and it is some adjustment, though if you set it up properly (and arent scared to reno) its no different than a small apartment most times.

This gave me War of the Worlds/Falling Skies vibes. Loved it.

I bought it as soon as i saw some things and decided not to spoil it for myself. Having played it, as someone who isnt scared easily, i´ve never been more scared while playing a videogame in my whole life. Also I have huge alien fear and nerdiness so it adds up beautifully. Its lovingly an masterfully crafted. When its finished I do believe that if it maintains this quality, this could be THE best horror game ever made

If you do get around to traveling around the world in a camper or van, you should definitely play horror games in remote locations. That would be awesome!!

That first scare after you got the handle just sounds like me with my asthma

Imagine waking up in the bus with everyone's gone and the only one next to you is a familiar face which is the same as yours. A clone of yourself both with your appearance and memories... As people questions you, both you and the clone explain with the same answers which confuses others more. It gives you an anxiety that someone is copying your existence and the fact that the clone might feel the same... You either have to make your clone lives with a different identity or... get rid of them. Well... Maybe it's better than being probe the hell out in the ass...

Im amazed with this game and one creator, wow.... PD. Foost you can puch the boxes that block the doors and in this game is needed search everywhere.

You hear those sounds on a forest, you go investigating and it's just a tiny frog.

I'm not saying those guys were hearing tigers up in Washington, but tigers are known to mimic sound of prey to lure things to them. ^^ Animals are fascinating!

I loves the alien stuffs👽. I always have, This game did not disappoint. The sound design in this game was so on point, so good. Even the graphical design work put into this game is phenomenal. I can't wait to see you play through the next chapters, and to see what they have to offer. Another positive note in your video; Your intro into this one, ⭐️censored!⭐️, absolutely sent shivers up my spine, I loved it ❤😂. Another favourite bit was when you were running in between the towers and the bits of the ground started levitating, and then you saw the silhouette of a disc shaped craft pass quickly and quietly through the fog. Even the creature in the field and the way it moved, gave me flashbacks to the old tv series 'Lost', that had the smoke like creature in it, just in the way it moved. 100% awesome. Didn't skim the comments to see if someone answered, but North American cougars (mountain lions, pumas, etc) make a noise that sounds like a bird. Even creepier because if you're aware of them around you, they've been aware of you for much longer.

When will we see this continue? Loved the playthrough on this game and would love to see more. Well made game I must say. I really like games with good graphics, sound and story, and for me that is a must have to enjoy playing/watching games.

The creature you're referring too at the 19:00 mark is called a Skin Walker I believe. It has the ability to shape shift and mimic any sound it might think it can use to lure you in.

This is a type of game design genius that we must protect and help evolve, we need this type of love poured into a game! Down with AAA game studios.

I'll preface my comment for anyone reading by saying it's going to refer to a SPOILER towards the end, so skip it if you're still watching. That out of the way - I have to say I thought the encounter towards the end of the video (in the chapter 2 demo) actually sort of cut the tension more than I'd expect out of that sort of confrontation in a horror game. Part of that may have been the fact that you're given a weapon to use, but it's also that the alien seemed... I don't know, inept? Maybe a bit drunk? It could just be that the enemy AI is still a work in progress, but it definitely kind of diminished a lot of the tension and mystique that got set up in Chapter 1 (that first encounter with the weird glowy guardian towards the end of that chapter was a lot more interesting, in my opinion). Anyway, that's just my opinion on one short bit at the end of the video. I thought the rest of this was great, though. Definitely had me on edge (alien stuff always gets me on edge lol). Great video as always, Fooster. Looking forward to the next episode!

Im thinking a the 48 min mark there, i think you got abducted and mind erased, then placed back in your car. If this is based on actual stories people say they experienced then that is something some people say they had happen.

That is probably one of THE coolest things I have ever seen. Yeah the graphics are insanely good and the audio is beyond anything I have heard in a game before but the atmosphere, the way things unfold and that hint of a ufo flying above in the fog? That's just 10/10 on my sci-fi nerd meter. I can see this turning huge. The possible lore is making me tingle.

I'm at 30:50 and as a hungarian, thats very creepy to see those triangle 3 light spots in the sky in this game, because 13 years ago we saw that thing with 6 other people too. We don't know what was that, and here it's a fictive story, but oh no 😅 is the developer saw that too?! What a great game with these spooky atmosphere and played by you Fooster, its just perfect

On a serious note here, I know how it is to feel alone and helpless like the person at the beginning, I went through it for a long time. If you do start feeling like that then talk to someone about it, you are not alone. Thankfully I found Fooster, Fisk and Taco, and they can never understand how much their nutty banter means to me. To be given something to piss your pants laughing at has been my saviour, I am not overstating it when I say these three guys have helped save my life, and I will always be indebted to them for that.
