This was a bolt on to the main mtb ride which we did Helvellyn, stick pass and seldom seen which I posted in an earlier video.
I had no expectations as I had only saw the odd video but as we were on ebikes we decided to add the additional mileage and climb onto the route.
This did not disappoint and think I enjoyed this more than the Helvellyn route although both just as good.
the climb up from Hartsop to Hayeswater on loose rocky gravel is a decent challenge and then onto the footpath up a steep grass climb...luckily it was dry as it was a big enough challenge without being wet!
It is quite a tech fest to try and find some flow on the first part which I haven't got on the video but the rest is great single-track all the way back down.
some challenging rock gardens and rock steps with boulders to throw some spice into the mix.
