In this episode, I am travelling around Santa Catarina State in the south of Brazil, including Itapema, Balneário Camboriú - and we enjoy the new year's eve celebrations in Brazil. I also try eating a fish we never eat in Scotland, conger eel, and it was very tasty. People in the UK are a bit slow to trying new types of fish in the UK, while conger eels are slow growing fish so are vulnerable to fishing pressure
