I think I’ll pick this up at the landfill prerelease.

If this set wasn't just a terrible deal, i would buy it, i love to open packs and i really like most of the cards in the set, so at least i can enjoy the opening of the set through youtube.

It feels like Wizards is really testing the waters here, dont think it will succeed. What they really SHOULD do is go back to a block format but save the chase cards for the smaller sets within the blocks that dont sell as well.

2 bucks a pack would make this set good.

Seems like an interesting idea the only problem is getting so many duplicate cards unless u get the collectors with all the variants

Legend has it that if you open up a box of aftermath you will summon the pinkertons.

I feel like they should have had MOM end in a cliffhanger with the phyrexians winning and Aftermath be a full set with the turn around

For value, i almost never wanna open anything except a collector box. But for unboxing vids i will allways try anything. Great video

I like Nissa for a modern 4c with onmath, fury, solitude and endurance for value. If LOTR has any elementals or playable elves i think it could work

It depends how much it costs. I’m getting less cards and less chance for hits so this should draft box or less pricing.

I picked up a bundle of this set since I always like the bundle boxes, big dices and different designs but I won’t get anything else. Not a fan of a weird set like this. Especially not a fan of the pricing for what you get.

The rarities are jokes in this set: if I get the same card 4 Times in tewlve booster Packs, I consider it common

It's a weird product. The Pinkerton's can have it.

I feel that just makes the "uncommons" of the set the commons, as they are the ones that will.... commonly show up the most..... in the set there for making them common in the set.

The idea of the set isnt a bad one, but the lack of cards in each pack just doesnt seem to make it worth it to buy a box , should have been like 10 card packs with more in the set , i will probably wait until the set completely releases and buy singles i want

I like the idea of a more collector focused pack with no commons! the problem is all the duplicates you'll get from such a small set. You got pretty lucky tho since there were no duplicates in your mythic pile!

I don't like the idea of a subset because it just gives WOTC a opportunity to cash grab when they so chose... 230 cards in the set total with 3x versions of each. How about just give us a < 150 set again with no duplicate cards with special treatments like the early days of MTG. If you want to collect a set of cards it takes two binders per set now for everything. WOTC needs to get back to basics if its to survive. Just my two copper.

I wasn't all that impressed with this little micro set. Idk if I'll open any packs but i did pre order a couple singles. I hope they don't make these mini sets a regular thing.

$200 CAD for a box of this is a little rediculous. when it's only 5 cards a pack, It's WOTC trying to see what they can get for giving less like usual.

These packs are a great product for single purchase at LGSs. Not so much for a box or case at a time. I dig.

This set is insane. The power level is hilarious. No joke this will be mh2 level shenanigans in standard going forward. Unbelievable key additions for extremely strong decks already established.

In my opinion this is a total rip off!!! A only 50 card set so there will be a ton of dublication… and you only get 5 cards for the price of a regular 15 card booster… and the whole set dosen‘t have any banger cards to justify the price!!! MOM had all the preators and ragavan and aftermath dosen‘t have shit!!! I hope this gets hardcore recjected so WotC will never try and dare to rip players off like this!!! And the Lord of the Ring will also be shity as far as the spoilers showed till now!!! After All will be one and MOM who were both pretty good I had hope WotC learned something but it seems I was wrong… and Commander Master probably will be good but so f…ing expensive that it will be a rip off again!!! WotC seems won‘t be abel to learn it which is sad! I love this game but this is all just sad!
