Experiential Learning Theory, developed by David A. Kolb, is a fundamental foundational approach to all types of learning, growth, and change. Experiential learning defines the optimal learning process, allows you to understand yourself as a learner, and empowers you to take control of your own development and learning. It is built on six propositions that are shared by the foundational scholars. (1) Learning outcomes are not the endpoint. (2) As we learn new ideas, we also modify and dispose of the old ones. (3) Effective learners are capable of balancing opposing modes in learning. (4) Learning never ends. (5) When the learners and environment interact both are changed. (6) Every field requires uniques skills and a special learning process. ELT is designed to respond to the educational needs of 21st-century learners.
hey man I really appreciate this my brother is actually half piglin, this really helped him out. I must human's are weird that I aspire to become a block of wood. Also i think that when you said "every field requires new skills" that really hit close to home as my pet aligator got claumidia and ate my table. thanks for wathing love you till you repent
Experiential Learning Theory was proposed by David Kolb and according to him, this type of learning can be defined as "the process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience. So, if we evaluate our experiences, we can determine on what to do next time and we will be able to change it in a good way. With that, we really learned from our experiences. There are the six propositions which shared by foundational scholars: (1) Learning outcome is not the endpoint but simply a resting point of a learning process. (2) As we learn new ideas, we also modify and dispose of the old ones. (3) Effective learners are capable of balancing the opposing modes in learning cycle. (4) Learning never ends. (5) When the learners and environment interact both are changed. (6) Every field requires unique skills and a special learning process.
Thank you for sharing your idea. It helped me to understand more. Learning is a process whereby knowledge is created through transformation of experiences. -David Kolb The six prepositions of ELT 1. Learning outcome is not an endpoint but simply a resting point of a learning process. 2. As we learn new ideas we modify/dispose the old ones. 3. Effective learners are capable of balancing the opposing modes in the learning cycle. 4. Learning never ends. 5. When the learner and the environment interact both are change. 6. Every field requires unique skills and the special learning process. Experiential learning theory is highly interdisciplinary.

Reflection helps you to understand the experience and generate new knowledge from the experience. By reflecting, you can connect the world that you are experiencing and the world you are thinking.
