Mel did an amazing job, bringing so many characters to life. Nowadays, it takes about ten different voice actors to handle the workload that he mostly did by himself. That's how talented and hard-working he was.
Except THIS isn't the "classics". You do realize that THESE cartoons are literally brand NEW Roadrunner cartoons that JUST came out recently, right? These are not the old ones.
There are some great cartoons out there. But here's something a little different that is one of my favorites. It is from 1942! It features a dumb mutt who falls in love with a metal statue of a greyhound that apparently was a memorial to a once-real pet named Daisy. The story goes on when the statue is carted off for metal salvage for the war effort, and the heartbroken suitor goes on a hunt to find his beloved "Daisy." Surprise ending. Check it out: "Ding Dog Daddy," 1942.
Wilie coyote is a super genius and technically is not the definition of insanity cause he doesn't try the same way to catch road runner he uses all his options
I find it absolutely hilarious that no one in the comments seems to understand these are NEW Coyote and Roadrunner cartoons that were animated and just came out LAST YEAR. :P So many people going on and on about "these were the good old days" and "these were my childhood" and "they don't make em like this anymore" when these were made just last year for HBO Max and aren't the original Chuck Jones classics shorts at all. hahaha.
As an early 90s baby, this was the life waking up early on a Saturday morning and watching cartoons like this while eating cereal with your parents. How those days are now gone and here I am at 31 1/2 years old with a job and my own place.
I think these came out a little later! There were roadrunner/ coyote ones that were earlier - check them out! Same thing with Tom And Jerry. The earlier ones were way funnier!
i liked bugs, only bugs, he always ended up on top. all the rest ended up messed up. even if bugs wasnt in that cartoon. i always felt so bad for the coyote, still laughed at ever one of them tho. all of them.
There really is no wrong choice when it comes to Looney tunes this is a modern cartoon some of the really old ones are so good ifthey haven't been ban,many great cartoons have been ban cause someone got butt hurt, speedy Gonzalez, pepe la pue, they are gone nothing wrong with any cartoon, when i become president there will be no ban cartoons or any form of entertainment everything will be available if anyone wants to see it
thats a newer one, artwork is good. cant tell them apart by the art. the old ones were far more violent. the edited versions of them were like watching edited porn. credits to credits, nothing left to show. ps, the originals were all theater opening acts for the feature attraction movie. all cartoons were that. tv came out and the rest is history. as a 70's kid, i got to see all the unedited cartoons. more violence than any movie ever to this day.
There are older Roadrunner cartoons from the 60's that are better. They came out with newer Roadrunner cartoons in later years that weren't quite as good...IMO.
