If you put in the effort into researching, all the information on how to train like this is on the internet and youtube. Athletes need Strength training(Heavy weights 5 rep range)Speed Training(plyometrics) and Power training (explosive movements like weighted jumps, med ball throws etc) Also need to train flexibility.
Doing single leg squats are very good and you can do it with a herniated disk, when I had mine I was doing that and supersetting it with some form of back stretch and lift
This is absolutely true ppl will question you criticize you and misunderstand you it happens to anyone chasing their goals but that’s how you know you are doing the right thing
Bro this is ideal training style right there, fuck big muscles and being overweight why not be a goddamn flash like mbappe while being relatively strong too
Big guys can be a lot more explosive than a lot of people think, there are guys in the NFL almost 300 lbs and still running 40 yard dashes in 5-6 seconds
@@walawala2126 my training is alot of depth jumps, kangaroos hops, sprintings. Everytime I train I do plyometrics exercises. I work almost everyday and I'm pretty old haha so I make a goal to train at least once to three times a week. But everytime I exercise, I do plyometrics. Stay healthy and Strong my Brudda. All Love.
Does anyone know a good workout regimen like this that one can do with equipment at most gyms? Weight training doesn’t help with explosive mobility and I’m tired of box jumps
Don't understand the benefit of most of these other than adding the cardio element to it. For strength training a good portion of these are just using the momentum generated by the whole body. It's like the difference between kipping and actually doing the exercise. It looks fun though.
They lack the necessary cognitive development to comprehend these, speaking from personal experience, i have been laughd at too. That's why I have to train for explosive sports at home exclusively.
Honestly when I go to the gym at 1am it's just because I'm an insomniac. Inadequate sleep is terrible for all kinds of fitness. 0/10 would not recommend.
This honestly looks so unrealistic to me, I feel like you can not fit any of this exercises in any routine, otherwise you gotta build the whole routine off yelling at your athletes so that they go through all exercises with that aggressive approach lol could be wrong tho gonna try out some of exercises and see that for myself
