This is how I assemble my denim micarta glasses frames 

A video that shows how I turn jeans into sunglasses. My process has taken me 10 years to develop and it takes me 2 weeks to make a small batch. I make them in Cornwall, England
I make a range of sunglasses in blue or black denim. The frames are fitted with polarized lenses, or you can get a prescription fitted.
