So now you know why I prefer eating healthy & do yoga/exercise even if I am travelling, it’s because I don’t want those days back 🥺❤️ I still get acne but they are not like before, they don’t leave marks at all, still few marks are there on one cheek but it doesn’t bother me alot, going slow with the progress 😊 Comment “💜” if this was anyway helpful for you guys. I have started working out and doing yoga, which is helping Touchwood. I still get acne but that has reduced. I'm now working on my meal schedule for intermittent fasting.
@@rekhameti2636 Yes, update is I currently have 2 pimples. One at my temple and another at chin. And not too painful. I am following a Chloe Ting workout program followed by yoga. And 14-10 fasting. Sometimes it also becomes 16-8. And only home food. I uninstalled Zomato. 😄
@@therheasen i tried working out. Tried doing beginner friendly cardio, could only do it for 7 mins then got exhausted 😭😭😭😭 how do u do it man. I get tired easily
This is really true. I had acne (not too many but normal amount). I started running and working out and cut sugar and my skin started glowing within a week!! I also used to apply niamax-d (and it helped a lot) But they changed their formulation and I trusted it but it broke me out really bad. So I stopped using it. I L O V E D the old formulation, why did they have to change it😭. Can someone suggest another effective alternative? Parameters: normal skin in winters, Oily acne prone in summers and very sweaty. 4 percent niacinamide works for me. Would love anyones suggestions!!
You can aqualogica, it was good, brother I would if you’re breaking out then don’t go out in sun, or don’t try to use sunscreen cover it with something. Sunscreen clogged the pores so much
